Leon helped us with buying our first home. The first home he inspected in Heathridge he picked up that the patio was designed incorrectly and will flood the kitchen when it rained, paving out the front was directed towards the house which would flood the bedroom, the flooring was a DIY which will bubble in summer and there was non-certified electrical work in the roof. Safe to say we did not buy this house due to these issues as they would have costed us a bit of money to fix in the future.A year later we found another property and he picked up on all the faults which were only minor this time and we ended up buying this property. 5 years now and no issues :) we love our home.Great service, on time and undertakes very thorough checks!
