Absolutely abysmal, can attest to the other one-star reviews. Place is a massive scam and the guy running it is very pushy and dodgy. Also several of the 5 star" reviewers this is their only review

The past three years I’ve been renting storage spaces at 130 keys Rd .Theres no other facility around that offers such a variety of different size units to suit your needs .With easy access and in the heart of Moorabbin.The staff here are friendly and helpful with a smile , with excellent rates , whether moving house,storing a car , a boat or caravan ,or even if you’re into tinkering in a workshop there’s something for everyone here ..I highly recommend this facility.

I was in between moves and had a mix of large awkward items as well as heaps of smaller stuff. Good location for me, v/good service, happy with the price and access

I needed some short term storage for a medium sized truck while it was waiting for the mechanic to be available.Wayne provided me with outdoor storage at a reasonable rate. And even though it was only for a month, he was happy to help out.The facility has security cameras, and a electronic gate with key card access. And is billed per calendar month (4.33 weeks)For large, awkward storage items like a medium truck, or a trailer the storage factory is a solid option. Much appreciated for letting me store with you. Rented a few times off Wayne over the years, always has multiple options available depending on needs.

this is a scam, I paid $90 for 1 month, $24 for key access and $90 bond for small storage. I left after 2 weeks and my bond was never returned to me as promised even I remind him many times. Better stay away from this place.

Prepare to be ripped off. Probably ok if you want to store a car here but just look at all the other reviews, these people will try to nickle and dime you on the smallest nonsense for extremely sub-par facilities.

Wouldn't waste your time, advertised price on Gumtree ad is only available if you really push for it at time of signing. Then when vacating, they tell you it is a months notice- which they then try and scam you for up to 7 weeks worth. Go elsewhere- not professional.

Not happy with this experience at all. I have been emailing admin and calling wayne after a payment had been taken out of my account well after cancelling my storage (wayne also has kept my bond) and i get no reply. I have been very patient but this lack of communication is unacceptable for a business. This seems all very shady and i can attest to other bad reviews that yes, what is advertised on gumtree is not reality and there are extras involved....

I could not have had a worse experience, not only was it more expensive than other self storage. I was not given access to all parts of the facility that I paid for, but more importantly twice I was unable to access my storage due to other storage items blocking my storage ... subsequently this cost my business money which the owner did not care less about, in fact one of those items remained for days after I notified the owner. I stayed for less than one month, and although requesting twice by email that I was given some form of compensation for my loss of business and not receiving a service I was told (and paid for) there was no return correspondence. If you are looking to use this storage facility be prepared I would recommend you count your fingers after you sign the paperwork ... Wayne (the owner) is the storage industries answer to the Tin Man
