Lollipop's Playland & Cafe

Nice young toddler area that's big enough for parents to sit down in and watch or play. Bigger area is suitable for kids about 2years +, adults allowed to run around with kids which is lots of fun bonding time. Nice little Cafe too. Nice way to spend a few hours with your toddler or kid.

Great place to have a kids birthday party ( and a great excuse for adults to let their inner child out and have a play too. ) chase your little ones through the playground or shoot at them with the soft ball launchers 100% recommend having a look the kids and you will both love it.

This is our second time here and second time being disappointed. They have no worries to charge you but treat you like an inconvenience for being here. Not only is the place closing early but the whole toddler area is closed up and we were asked not to use the toys as they are packed away (sorry but why even be open)? The kitchen is also closed and the staff just glare at you as if you are in their way - what is the point? Next time we will drive a bit further and give our money somewhere else. If paying for an hour at least we should be able to enjoy all the toys and not be treated like an inconvenience. Also the high chairs are disgustingly dirty and they are focused on cleaning areas people are using rather than things like that which could be done early.

Horrible food, hard as a rock scones returned and the replacements were the same.The bbq bacon and egg on brioche bun was absolutely discusting and a waste of $9.90.No toilet paper in women's toilet or paper towel despite us being first to arrive at 9:30 on a Tuesday morning.Very disappointing and will not return.

Great customer service. Tasty food. Bathrooms not good at all. With all the kids going in and out they should be cleaned every couple of hours.

Dirty play areas. Toddler area filled with unsupervised older kids when meant for 3 years and under. Older kids jumping the fence into area. One of these kids kept blocking my toddler from using equipment and throwing balls at her. Balls everywhere but in the ball pit...doubt toddlers did that. Gate left open by ignorant parents but no oversight by management. Obviously just happy for people to do whatever.Won't be coming back ever again. Happy Valley Lollipops was much more toddler friendly and cleaner. Nicer just to go to the park than here.

3 out of our 5 meals contained hair in it (& not just a little strand either- maybe 5 or 6 strands and one really long chunky bit), and the chips came out cold!..We told the staff regarding the hair but they didn't seem to care less. He didn't offer a refund or to replace the meals.The Claw machine ate our $5 note. There was no paper towel in the toilets & the hand dryer doesn't work.1 star because the kids did like the play ground :)Over all it definitely was not worth the $145 we paid for 3 children entry's and lunch.

Very good venue to take children.Food and drink prices high, not many good choices available.As a grandparent would suggest avoiding school holidays with younger ones.
