I paid premium delivery for a very heavy product which meant it was to be put in place, unboxed and rubbish taken away. However, the delivery driver rudely insisted that it wasn't a premium delivery and refused even to place the item in a safe position. When the company was contacted they said they would contact the driver and be back in contact with me. No one called back.

Ordered from Kogan.com this will be my last order thanks to your 'services' Tv not delivered Monday. no reply to my calls next delivery option after I called them again tuesday. is Thursday!! If I put this TV on a turtle and sent it from Melbourne it would get here before 7 days.. keep up the great work guys

Worst delivery service.Firstly number phone disconnected to contact them because first delivery failed.Secondly received message with wrong delivery date.Lastly said they gonna deliver between 12-5pm. Plan to stay home all afternoon and doing everything in the morning.Guess what they come at 11:55am and blaming me because I'm not home.Seriously?

This is one of the worst logistics company i have to deal with. Lack of comunications, fake informations and no contact with the driver. After sending me an message with incorrect phone numbers and dates schedule of delivery was a nightmare. They gave me day before information about time when they will arrive. Links with live traffing giving a false information aobut status of delivery. Driver was calling me that he will be 30 minutes even when i agreed to call me at least one hour before arrival. When i recieved infornation that driver will be between 30 minutes to one hour from office i drop everything and ride home i recieved information that driver was already hour ago. Waste of time and nerves.

I have just had my item delivered, which is awesome. However, I paid for the item to be removed and packaging taken away as part of premium delivery and the driver refused, saying he had lots of other deliveries to do. I explained that that was not my problem, I have paid for a service and expect the service to be completed and he started moaning at me. I was also told by the delivery company that I would get a call an hour before delivery, which I didnt. I said that to him and he just said he doesn't check the notes, he's too busy. If I pay for a service, I expect that service. His attitude was disgusting!

I paid a delivery fee for install and rubbish removal. Drivers turned up, dumped my delivery in the middle of the room and left. On their way out one of them spat on my driveway and took off. I spoke to the office numerous times and they straight up denied it and hung up on me. I have a young child and we are in the middle of a world wide health crisis and this is not acceptable. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Extremely poor communication.Scheduled delivery and didn’t show - called and couldn’t give me a reason as to why.Arranged delivery for another date and was told it was possible to leave without a signature. Driver then wouldn’t do this on the day so still no delivery.Called again to reschedule and customer service was terrible. Eventually had to organise to pick up the item myself!!Got there to pick up and they had no knowledge of me coming.Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

After reading all the bad reviews I was so worried about my fridge I ordered from Kogan but honestly I had the best experience and customer service . The driver messaged when he was an hour away and he even apologised for waking me up haha. Nothing but positive experiences here

Took 3 tries to get my order delivered at a suitable time (each time I asked to reschedule, I was told it was too late". Customer service extremely unhelpful and deflating to talk to)
