I’ve been coming here for years and nothing is ever a problem. It doesn’t matter what car I bring in either. They’re never fazed.Today Sam and the guys went above and beyond when a stupid plastic coolant joint was going to cost an inexplicable $800 to buy in. So they fixed it up better than new and in brass, not in plastic!It’s good to know I can bring all my problems to Strictly Automotive because they can think outside the square and fix things instead of just replace them, and save me money at the same time.

Definitely won't be returning. I recently agreed to a $906 quote for a 60K service. When I picked up my car, the bill was $1056! No additional parts OR work needed. I've never heard of an independent mech being MORE expensive than the dealer!! I asked Sam for an explanation and the best he could offer was that his wife had issued the quote and maybe she had missed something??? FFS!! It is true that his wife called me with the quote, during which time, twice she said to me 'Sam said to let you know... ' Soooo, perhaps it was Sam that compiled the quote and the wife simply made the call? As for being called 'honest Sam' I prefer 'honestly Sam, I feel cheated.

I found the back wheel of my work van completely flat to the rim whilst driving around Taren Point and pulled into Strictly Automotive in Caringbah with urgency.They stopped what they were doing straight away to assist in fixing my tyre so I could get back on the road ASAP. Which is so important to our small business as our customers are relying on us.This just shows the culture and the good spirit they have. I’m sure their automotive work is as good as their morals and we would highly recommend their work to anyone.
