Bunnings is my happy place however this time they did not have the item I was wanting.Sure international stock levels are all over the place at this time, the staff made an effort to try and find the supposed 2 items that should be there. No one could, the electrical area was a mess, boxes with unopened stock everywhere, another customer told me this is normal here".So went down the road and paid extra for the same item.The item I was after; 15A 10m HPM extension lead.Sorry I did not get photos

Leanne from special order's was absolutely fantastic we bought a kaboodle kitchen apparently the biggest they have sold .This lady was magnificent from the time we delt with her till the time we received our kitchen.Kaboodle was so easy to put together I could not believe how easy it was I have put flat packs together before what a nightmare but kaboodle was easy I can't say enough positive things about leanne or kaboodle.

Great to have a big Bunnings in such a beautiful town.While travelling around Western Australia we had to find a place to get some gear for our trip.This Bunnings was fully stocked and had everything we needed to keep going happy to have something like this on a tourist hotspot not sure where the next closest one would be so if you need something I suggest checking out Bunnings Esperance.

Your average hardware store. The staff are helpful and there is a nice range of products. Signage isn't the best, so you end up having to do a lot of walking to find what you need

Every time I go here I get misgendered, the guy calls me 'man' 'bro' 'bud' or 'mate' no matter what I'm wearing, as a trans person it really hurts.

Customer service has gone down in the last 6 months or so. You’ll find yourself standing around waiting to be served while team members are off talking. I understand they have work to undertake but the least they can do is ensure customers are attended to in a timely manner.
