Great food and service at the sports bar. Seafood platter was yummy and big in portion size.Dessert was brulee and choc mouse and both were great!

Thank you to Stella, Kylie and the Bistro team for the excellent hospitality. Our family, a table of 14 ranged from children to Elderly. We were all in praise of the patience, politeness, attention we were serviced with. A delightful experience, well worth sharing.

Have dined here in the past and has always been excellent. Ate here for a birthday dinner on 17-3-23, service was excellent, wait staff lovely, prices are comparative. They lost a star because the garlic bread a few of us ordered was served barely luke warm, and there was some burning at the edges. Made for unpleasant eating, and was very disappointing. All the other food people ordered was hot and decent sized servings. The wait staff were incredibly helpful with the birthday cake, providing plates, forks, serviettes, and a knife so that I could cut it. They even had candles if needed (not needed for us), and the wait staff offered to light the candles for me, and bring the cake out for the birthday woman. I was impressed with everything, except the garlic bread, and would like to commend the wait staff for the pleasantness, professionalism, and assistance.

I had heard good things about this place so went for a dinner.Service was friendly, I ordered the Porterhouse steak medium rear with chips and salad.Steak was absolutely raw, I nibbled on the edges but majority of steak was ready to walk out of the restaurant.It really put me off and my fellow guests.I was offered to get a dessert or a drink but at this point I was struggling to keep my stomach together.I was charged half of the steak price as I had eaten part of it so I didn’t make too much fuss at the time out of embarrassment but I am very disappointed of the fact that the curtesy levels dropped after I complained about the uncooked meat and non of senior staff or the manager or the chef personally apologised for ruining my dinner and the whole experience.It’s most likely that this restaurant is so used to having these issues that they think that a mere $21 discount is enough to shut and compensate for ruining a patrons night and that how I felt.

These chefs need a medal, totally 6 star food quality and presentation. I had a gluten free salmon risotto and my husband had pizza this evening. At lunch he had a perfectly cooked Scotch and I had a gluten free Caesar salad.Meals served hot on the plate with loads of fresh ingredients, even the lemon wedges were de-seeded. Such attention to detail we did not find anywhere else in the Melbourne area after eating out half a dozen times over 3 days. To add to this, the wait staff were exceptionally attentive and friendly. A great meal served in a really wonderful atmosphere ...thank you so much

First time going to this place and will come back whenever I'm in the region. Great food, presentation and staff. A really nice place for a feed or pokies,if your that way inclined. All staff were great. 5 Star
