If you want a set up a printing business that will be immediately successful then you need the team at GJS to help set it up for you. You might feel like your in the deep end starting but these guys are their helping you swim till you get the hang of it. Can't recommend them enough.

Just bought our second large format printer from GJS .The technician Igor made it so simple assisting remotely with the installation. The GJS team has always been very helpful no matter how big or small our requirement is. Happy to be a GJS customer!!!!

Fantastic company and service. I was just able to pick up my ink supply prior to the Xmas shutdown with two hours to spare! I bought my Sawgrass 400 sublimation printer almost three years ago from GJS. The good thing is they show you a demo of the printer, software & how to design and print before you buy. They have the best technical support team & they follow up on your problems and make sure everything is up and running. Their substrates and items are the best quality too. Sometimes I don't print for weeks or months and yet when I do print the printer always works for me. I've never had downtime because of printing or nozzle problems. Highly recommend the Sawgrass printers and this company.

GJS - such a wonderful team and supplier of my sublimation blanks. Orders are processed very fast, and I either pick-up when I'm in the Sydney area for work or have them delivered (700kms away) within a couple of days. Reliable sublimation stock that works extremely well with bright, vibrant colours. Any issues (not that there's been many) have been sorted promptly and within 24 hours or less. GJS team, you have never let me down :)

My experience with GJS is always a positive experience. When ordering products prompt delivery. When I need assistance with operating my equipment, or enquiring about anything, I can just email GJS on there help line and again someone will get back to me same day andproblem will be fixed.Thankyou.

Frank the service tech gets the job done well. He is very personable and easy to deal with as well as having extensive knowledge about the products that he services. Gjs in general have been brilliant to deal with. Ian has always taken my calls regarding any concerns or questions that I may have.Even the tech support team are always helpful and courteous through email and over the phone.Highly recommended by me.Spending 30k plus on a machine can be daunting but the team have always guided me when needed which is good piece of mind and I couldn’t be happier with my machine or the service. Keep up the good work!
