Not a very good place. Ladies are very helpful, however the range of product was extremely disappointing. Only 2 very bad colour choices of pillow were available, and none went with the colour scheme of the dooner cover set.

Great Shop...SUPERB STAFF...Good selection of stock......Prices a LITTLE more than I THOUGHT was realistic...BUT MAYBE the long life QUALITY was justifying the higher than $$'s that ...FOR ME...I FELT was a LITTLE more than I would have liked..

Store was beautiful as all pillow talk stores are but the customer service wasn't. In the hour we were there, not one staff member approached us. Manager, Assistant Manager and 1 other staff member were in store and it was not a busy afternoon. If my friend had gone in on her own she probably would have left empty handed. She needed 3 doona covers that had to flow but not be same for an attic.We live half way between 2 towns so will go to Gladstone store to finish off with accessories and new pillows. In gladstone they thankfully understand the importance of good, friendly Customer service.
