I was referred by a friend who had used and recommended Blinds On the Net. I was nervous at first because I'm not a DIY kind of person! But the blinds were easy to install and the measure guide was super easy to follow. There are install videos too which really helped. I loved how you could get free samples of the fabric options sent out. I was able to select the perfect colour and texture for my bedroom and living room. Delivery was super fast plus friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff to chat to over the phone who answered all my questions! Couldn't recommend them more really.

Building a new house so everything is stressful...except ordering my blinds. Have previously ordered blinds from Blinds on the Net and were happy with them. So ordering again was a no-brainer. Quick & easy. Free samples. Low cost freight. A few measurements. 3 weeks and I had my blinds ready to be installed. Installation was easy diy. Follow up giving me opportunity to change anything then letting me know when they left the factory. Great service. Decided I need a few more daylight roller blinds. Same great service.

Really excellent, except for their Direct Debit payment option - it's like something out of 2015, genuinely rubbish - maybe enough people don't use it so they haven't paid attention to it? Click on it and bang, just like that, its a done deal! You don't get the option to review, and potentially get to choose another payment type. It's so strange, they do everything else so well, and do this so very badly. Maybe it's not their fault - it could be an incompetent bank? I will be buy from them again, but jeepers, who's still in business with systems from five years ago?

Samples were great to make right choice. Exactly what I ordered and less expensive than others. Great info for measuring, easy to install. Get someone to check your measuring. Recommended

Excellent service. We were looking at ordering 4 new blinds and discussed a problem we’d had with an older blind that we’d purchased from Mal.He immediately sent out a replacement mechanism and chain at no cost to solve the problem. The 4 newly arrived blinds are of very good quality and excellent value for money when compared with the big brands on the market. We have no hesitation in recommending them

Absolutely stellar service - I received samples quickly that were so kindly offered for free! The staff are AMAZING and a first DIYer they answered all my questions to make sure I made the right purchase. The installation and measuring videos on the site made installing the blinds myself so easy! I couldn't recommend them more highly, my custom made blinds are such beautiful quality and just complete the room. Thanks Blinds on the Net!
