Not sure if the pizza or customer service was worse. When you order delivery you assume the driver would drive responsibly not to turn your pizza upside down. But sorry about that" is a good enough response

This I'm told is a measured amount of toppings.Manager blamed the sauce color for lack of toppings.Never again.Also adding a service charge on every order even though they are expensive.

I ordered food before my lunch break. The website said I will get my food at 12:50 when I had ordered around 12:20. It is currently 1:30 and more than half of my lunch break is over and I still do not have my food.

Indian delivery driver with the turban on his head vomited on my driveway and drove off. Yes you read that correctly. I was fuming so I contacted the Pizza Hut management and told them and they informed me they’ll get driver to return to clean the mess up. Yet he never came back and I had to hose it off. I live in St Helens Park so you can bet your moneys worth I’ll never purchase from here again. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!

We ordered from the app since my parents were working and I'm injured and can't leave the house. Pizza took 1 and a half hours and was cold when we received it, were given the wrong sides, and there were missing our drink!!! Also the prices are bloody terrible. I'm sick of paying an extra 3 bucks per pizza just to get gluten free dough so I'm not sick! Ridiculous and I hope to not come back.

Great place to get charged twice then refused a refund and shafted back and forth from the contact centre and store with the contact centre saying you should receive a refund then the franchisee flat refusing. Everyone spoken to about this at the storefront has been rude as also so that's been great.Food's also gone far downhill since the move so not even worth the cost if you get charged once.Domino's is down the road at Rosemeadow and at very least seems to operate a legitimate business

Pizza Hut St Helens Park
Last night we ordered 2 pizzas and two sides, we received the 2 pizzas and one side, when we asked about the 2nd side the driver said he didn't have it, and asked if he should go back and get it. I told him yes as we had already paid for it. STILL WAITING ,NOT HAPPY ,NEVER AGAIN.
