The technician came in and diagnosed the problem they ordered in the part which took about a week to come as soon as the part arrived they came in and repaired the printer then did a test run on the printer to make sure the part was installed properly and the printing was of high quality.

My HP Printer put up an Error Message and stopped. I didnt know who to call but just ramdomly chose this company. They were absolutely fabulous. Quick to respond and full of courteous and helpful suggestions over the phone. The problem remained so within 24 hours Jason came out and diagnosed the problem. He took the printer away and returned 48 hours later. They are helpful, knowledgable and very very nice to deal with. Full of advise and alternatives and good communicators. Its unlikly you will be disappointed.

Provided a quality service to our business with clear and direct communication. Technician was skilled and knowledgeable and was flexible enough to work with us on completing the repairs in a suitable space at our site, to avoid unnecessary freight of printer back and forth. A big thank you to Steve and his team. I had experieced an error with my HP plotter, and after expending wasted monies on software "experts" i came across Steve. He could not have been more helpful, detecting my issue within in minutes and then implimenting the solution to my issue...Oh and so reasonably priced for the effort he went to.Would recommend to anyone with a HP issue.
