Statewide Doors

Would like to recommend Statewide Doors to everyone, friendly and efficient service. My roller door motor recently caught on fire by fusion after I turned off the power I rang the lovely Nicole she had Luke here and he fixed it within the hour. Bravo excellent service muchly appreciated.Nola

Amazing service & pricing. For anything to do with garage doors, look no further than Statewide Doors. An absolute pleasure to deal with.

Bought a replacement garage door remote control, the chord which is used to put on key ring broke off within 2 days, tried to reconnect, impossible, two weeks later pulling keys out of bag the remote dropped to the floor and disintegrated. $55! went to store (not there) called.... was told they are not made to be thrown around and apparently I am the only person in the thousands of remote controls he sells who has ever dropped one so no chance of a refund or compensation of any kind. So went to Bunnings and bought one. Don't go to Statewide Doors.... no personal skills!

Very professional, excellent customer service and pleasant to deal with.After storm damage, they came out the same day so I could get my car out.The replacement of the door was done professionally and perfectly fitted despite the difference in height at floor level.I needed help again after I backed in the door and couldn't get my car out. Again, same day service.If you look for high quality work, look no further.

Very helpful and knowledgeable. Great price. Reliable and will help out for a long time after they have installed the doors if needed. Dave is fantastic.

Better suited to commercial roller doors than domestic roller shutters.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I had a cable snap on my rolladoor. Both cars locked in. Rang early morning and arranged Statewide. I advised that my wife is on shift at the hospital and needs her car by midday tomorrow. He said to clear out shed for access and they would attend. I cleared item away from both sides of the garage however by 1.30pm noone had attended so I phoned and asked if they were still coming. The guy said No." I said "You might have rung and told me so I could try to arrange someone else." He said "Ring someone else". and hung up.Professionalism : if you're having a bad day
