Absolute joke my car was taken to them in a decent condition came back after a long time missing bolts and screws, bolts stuck in the end of pipes broken clips, joints and pipes split cables and joints not even attached back together stuff that was perfectly fine before taken to them are in shambles. Car is 100x worse then when I took it in just a disappointment clearly they should stick to tyres that’s all they seem to know. Would give - stars if possible I wouldn’t not even recommend an oil change head my advice if you take it here expect thousands of dollars in damage.

We had our vehicles clutch replaced in November 2017 and in June 2018 we contacted them to explain that the clutch had died and when taken to our local mechanic as we had moved south, we were told that the incorrect part had been fitted and he was surprised it had lasted as long as it did. We contacted them to explain, gave them the report, offered to send the faulty part back to them for inspection and asked for a resolution and we were given a response asking for more time. We gave them a generous time frame to respond and then heard nothing back. A complaint has been lodged with their franchiser and with The Motor Trades Associations, we are also moving forward with the small claims court.

Have been taking our work vehical here for a while. Pricing and service is great. Nothing is any trouble. Always happy to accommodate when you need a fast turn around to keep us working.

Great service over the last 12 months, Willing to go the extra mile to solve issues with both of my vehicles.

If i could rate this place a half of star I would!. Got service and brakes done two weeks ago? Anyways picked my car up paid $500. Drove back to yarrabah safe. Went Cairns the next day & my brakes line went on the car in Gordonvale!! While my one year old was in the car also!!! They forgot to bleed my brakes & put brakes fluid in the car! Quick to grab ya money!!! But don't care if the car is getting fixed properly for what you paid for. I PERSONALLY DO NOT RECOMMENDED this place!

I lived on the Cairns Northern Beaches for 20+yrs and I found KMart Tyre and Auto to be in a convenient location, easy to get on with, and pretty reasonable $$ wise when in need of mechanical/servicing work....especialy compared to 'Dealer' outlets.... Great!...Then I moved to the Edmonton area and 40/50 minutes away from my now trialed and trusted mechachial shop,... mmmm. As cars go, and don't, I needed a mechanic so I went to the closest to me and a bloke Dean checked out my issue, he said the car was best not driven further and offered to drop me home. Pretty friendly I thought and considerate. The next day I was called and given a most likely cause and approximate price to fix my car.A Lady called when car was right to go and asked if I needed a lift to collect!! When I got to the office I recognised her face, it turned out she had been the manager of the Kmart outlet I'd used for the past 2/3 years prior to moving and had recently taken on this business along with her husband and mechanic Dean. :-)HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Never fail to deliver great service. Well love the fact they look atfer our cars like there own. Highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a GREAT mechanical workshop. Many thanks to Dean and Christina.

Pricing was decent, the staff are lovely and offered to give me a lift home after dropping my car off for a service. Could not recommend highly enough.
