Shower Care

I recently moved into an older home and the shower base in the second shower had a crack in it. I called Showercare and they came out that day and fixed it on the spot which was really good. Thanks for the great effort.

Arthur did an amazing job sealing a large crack in my shower base, and finished it in white, as opposed to the horrible pink it once was.His attention to detail and expertise is something we don’t see much of these days.Really happy with the job. Would definitely use Shower Care again.

DO NOT USE! Arthur came out and charged $1,800 in cash for the most unsatisfactory workmanship. Arthur came out twice as he had to redo the original job....which is still less than satisfactory. I send Arthur photos and asked that he contact me. He did not do so, in fact he blocked my number. I called him from an alternate number which he answered and immediately became defensive and tried to tell me i was damaging the shower deliberately....wow!Arthur refused to provide me with his ABN number, which subsequently isn't listed on his website - i also went past the address listed on the website too, and its a Framing Shop!I would strongly recommend reporting this man to the ACCC.

Arthur was a most professional and high quality craftsman. He responded quickly to my request and was able to action my job very promptly.He came when he said he would, spot on time and just got to work repairing our shower base. My experience with Shower Care and Arthur was most unsatisfactory. Arthur repaired my cracked shower base in late 2018. In late 2019 the paint began to crack and I sent Arthur photos and requested he contact me. He did not do so. Eventually he took my call and was immediately defensive and suggested it was caused by the use of chemicals, even though chemicals had not been used to clean it. In my opinion he seemed to be someone who was used to hearing complaints about the quality of his work. He said to send him better photos which I did with an offer to pay him to respray the base. He did not respond to a number of subsequent texts and phone calls. I would recommend avoid using him.

Arthur did a marvellous job fixing the crack in our shower base. We're currently selling our house, so we needed to get the cracked fixed quickly before the first inspection day. I couldn't be more pleased - especially as Arthur cleaned up and mopped the whole bathroom floor at the end.

Arthur was friendly and got on with the job straight away. He re-sealed a cracked shower base in our rental property and it looks as good as new. He was open to questions, wasn't rude, and gave sound advice. Would highly recommend for your next shower base crack repair.
