The didn't have the mug I wanted in stock but I had already ordered and paid so kirsten messaged and was so lovley about refunds or offering me a similar item. BEST customer service I've ever had she was so kind about everything

The best service I have had from a retail store ever.Whilst on holidays at Gloucester we purchased a Christmas gift, a large inflatable swan, for our eight year old granddaughter. Unfortunately it started to deflate the moment it was inflated.The seam was split.I rang Adam at Nanna's Homewares, explained what had happened to the toy and that we lived a long way away. Yesterday a brand new swan arrived in the mail. Very much appreciated.Thank you Adam and thank you Nanna's.

Adam, the chef, served us the freshest meals for lunch at a very reasonable price. The coffee was extremely delicious & the home made scones, fruit compote and cream. Highly recommend a visit! 10/10+
