Had some issues with a bathroom renovation due to poor building standards when it was first built. Phoned Linsol and they were extremely helpful and knowledgeable in helping me and my plumber solve the problem while installing their taps. High quality taps and outstanding after sales service.

Due to a plumbing miscalculation during my bathroom renovation, I had an issue with a Linsol shower arm that I had purchased. I didn't think they were going to be able to help my situation as the problem was caused by the plumber, but Linsol came to the rescue and provided me great solution to the issue I was facing. Their products are high quality and the after sales level of service I received was among the best that I have ever experienced.

Great customer service replacing a pull down tap head under warranty.Was thinking they may not help but was pleasantly surprised.Really nice girl assisted me via email and phone, much appreciated and would buy again from Linsol for our up and coming bathroom extension.

Bought linsol Tommy kitchen tap from Harvey Norman tap head has been cracked for over 2 months now with no reply been back to Harvey Norman 4 times with emails sent still no response.Spent a lot of money for 1 tap disgusting after sale service lesson learned.
