9 times out of 10 their deposit ATM doesn't work and the only way to find out is to go there.

Why would I have a good review for a Bank?All services are geared for the shareholders benefit.All machines with no or minimal staff.

I wish i could rate zero (0) stars/ negative stars, either this branch should replace all their staff members or else closed it down because of their poor service commonwealth bank will loose many customers, it’s really sad to see so many bad reviews but when i went there i got the same poor service like others and staff not even willing to serve you, its like they are coming to work just for time pass and getting paid for not providing the service they supposed to. However, they lost one more customer today and they will be soon out of business in lakemba.

If you ever need to deposit money or redraw using the atm at the Lakemba branch dont waste your time they are never working. Such a big bank and cant get the simple things to work.

Bank staff is totally rude and disrespectful. Their view towards immigrant is very bad. Bank need to consider replacing staff to save their name from getting spoilt

Worst customer experience and untrained staff.It's waste of time to visit lakemba branch.No proper service.

Hello everyone, please avoid going to commonwealth bank in lakemba because of the worst customer service and they don’t have any ethics.I met with a staff name Akhter regarding proof of balance because i was unable to access it with my commbank app, and this guy asked me to provide a xerox copy of my physical driving license and show the physical license as well, so i showed him digital license in my service NSW app and he said me to get the print of that digital license or else get the physical license and it’s xerox copy as well. usually,they have printers and everything to print off customer identity documents but this guy was very rude and told me to get it print from somewhere and bring it and also the physical license.Moreover, when i brought my physical license and it’s copy, then he print off the proof of balance and threw it on the desk in front of me, i asked him whats wrong with you, is this the way to give the paper then he said I always give customer like this and you got your document so leave now, so i went to the manager and i told him about his staff behavior is not good towards customers it feels like we are beggars not their customers, so he said me he will look after this later on, as he doesn’t care about this type of staff behavior, it feels like we are not in australia, some other country where customer service doesn’t exist. i will close my commonwealth bank account so I don’t have to deal with this kind of service and i will never ever recommend anyone to go to commonwealth bank.

Worst service ever. No manner , no respect, no knowledge. You will find many staff walking around doing nothing while you have been waiting for too long to be served, but no one is willing to do so . Not recommended at all.
