My sons car overheated on the way to Forster and we had the car towed here for repair. After 4 weeks being repaired we finally picked up the car. A new radiator, and new head was installed at a cost of $6100. We were advised that the car ran rough on start up and that when we got back to Sydney we should have the injectors checked out. I asked several times if the car would be okay to drive back to Sydney and I was told that it was fine and I would make it home. Berowra was as far as we got before the car started smoking, losing power and completely stopped unable to be restarted. A tow home and then to a diesel specialist confirmed that the injectors were all loose and the seals were missing completely which caused the injectors to be filled with diesel. The diesel specialist took a video of the problem and assured me that the fault lay 100% with the mechanic who repaired the car. Another $2100 to fix this issue. To say we are disappointed is an understatement. Over $8000.00 and months off the road is poor form.

Mugride Auto Forster serviced my car and suggested a new timing belt was just about due. I was happy with the service, also the timing belt job was done profficiently. Their personal service helped me when, through sickness, I had to reschedule my appointment. They also picked me up at home after the job as all my friends were either sick or not available.10/10
