I was placing my order and an employee named Tess had a go at me for “looking at her” when I was just preserving my food the attitude was completely unnecessary

I placed an order online through their app so that the food would be ready by the time I got there. I told them I had an online order, they looked confused like they didn't know what I was talking about. The girl walked off and found the receipt so they didn't start making the food until I got there which made me late for work. The workers also don't seem to have any communication skills at all.

I would not recommend this place, full of young workers with no idea how to work. Seemed rude and unhappy to be there. There were 5 very young unsupervised girls that somehow messed up the simplest order, said they were out of items as they were refilling them. If I could give 0 stars I would:)

My husband and I get Subway for dinner sometimes if we've had a long day at work. On 3 separate occasions, we've received our order, and the chicken fillet has been stone cold. I think you need to have a chat with your staff because clearly someone is just rushing to finish their shift. Judging by the rest of the complaints you guys really need to have a staff meeting because this is people's health at risk here, your making people sick! Stone cold chicken, really? Do better!

I ordered a chicken classic salad from here about 2 weeks ago and ended up with a severe case of food poisoning. It was so bad I ended up at the doctor and he confirmed it was from a bacteria growing on salad. The person a couple posts down from me looks like they had the same thing- from the lettuce!!!!

Do not order from this Subway! I have just come out of the hospital with very SERIOUS Campylobacter food poisoning. I noticed the young girl serving me didn’t seem to be trained properly (dropped lettuce into another salad tray and then scooped the lettuce back up and placed it on my sub)- I should have realised how serious this was but I was in a rush. Please do better. Really not fair on customers to be handing out food poisoning.

The last few times we have been there we get ignored and our food gets made up and sat next to the register and they walk off without saying any thing. When I finally ask if someone can ring up our order so we can eat it before it goes stone cold, the staff give attitude. Once was an awesome place and friendly service but not now....

Ordered from this Narangba subway on Sunday 07 of jan 2023. Noticed that there was rotten lettuce in my sub but worst I've been suffering from chronic food poisoning for the past 4 days. Will be the last time ill be ordering from this place that's for certain. Thought the motto was eat fresh, not eat rotten

This is potentially one of the rudest and unorganised restaurants I’ve been to.All workers in there have no idea what they are doing. They have no supervision (management) yet they are all extremely young. Incorrectly trained and ignorant to customers. They dont tell customers if they don’t have anything (even when it’s been order) they just don’t make it.Have been to this store and seen only 1 person on the line and about 7 young girls were in the back room gossiping and yelling. I ordered a relatively large order to which they were unsure and rude about. None of the other girls in the back attempted to help with the order. During check out they didn’t tell us that they didn’t make one of the items and when asked about it they rudely responded with “we don’t have any” as another girl was refilling that item.
