Had an incident with my German Shepherd that required major emergency surgery. Bow Wow Meow made an extremely stressful situation much more easier with a quick and easily claim, and very quick refund. Wouldn’t recommend anyone else.

I have been with Bow Wow Meow for my 2 cats since I first had them as kittens 4 years ago. Unfortunately they've been regular attenders to ED and Vet trips but I have to say Bow Wow Meow has made it so easy to process claims. They've been able to take a huge financial load off the treatment my cats have needed, so I've never had to hesitate or take cost as a big factor in their medical management. My poor dog got suddenly unwell and had to be put down within 24 hours. It was devastating and shocking for the whole family. Plus the bill was over 5 K. I had been with Bow Wow Meow for over 8 years and made only minor claims. I made this last claim and initially they offered to pay back only $800! I had to call them and discovered they did not check the Vet medical notes so they used a wrong diagnosis which has a $1000 limit cover. It was not nice having to go through this when we had just lost our dog. However, the Customer Service person was extremely helpful and calm. They helped me sort it out and escalated the claim to their Vet team. I was refunded the right amount the following day! Overall I found them quite professional and humane. Thank you Bow Wow Meow

Our dog needed emergency surgery for ingesting a foreign object, lodging a claim was simple, and was paid as expected within a few days without any issues. Recommended.

I have only had Bow Wow Meow for a few months but my pup has had a few health problems & BWM have been wonderful covering up to 80% of my vet fees & it's done on the day at the vet clinic, I only have to pay the gap.I can sincerely recommend BWM as a satisfying & hassle free pet insurance.

Extremely satisfied with Bow Wow Meow. Contacting them is really easy and they're super helpful. Wished to downgrade my Cat Insurance to an Indoor Cat Insurance plan and it was really easy, they didn't try to convince me or were pushy to stay at the higher plan and were great in helping to understand the differences and any lost cover. They've so far processed all claims really quickly and deposited the amount back into my account super fast. Couldn't ask for a more straightforward, trusted service.

BWM Pet Insurance covered around 70% of the emergency vet bill for our Cocker Spaniel. It was super easy and a quick reimbursement. After two nights in hospital, she was on her way to complete recovery! We were super happy!
