I’ve been here twice in the last few weeks to get stuff for DIY home projects and both times I spoke to at least five staff who were so helpful, taking me to items on shelves and explaining all my options. I have been later at night when the store is quiet so lots of staff available and very willing to help!

I go to this Scoresby Bunnings purely for their car park. This car park has the best rain Puddles anywhere for most of the year. It is so much fun to drive through them slowly , your kids will love it. :)))

Great selection of products as usual, most staff where amazing and helpful but all the checkout staff started a full scale personal shouting conversation between themselves behind me. It was rude as and extremely disrespectful to paying customers. I hope you find the paracetamol in your car that you where looking for whoever you are!

Dropped in to grab a couple of plants to fill an empty spot. Had a good selection of Australian natives. A little expensive for the mature plants but they seem healthy. Staff were approachable and friendly. Grabbed a couple of bottle brush trees to bring in more birds.

Very disappointed with this store on a Saturday afternoon I was told no one works on the building department when I desperately needed help and advice regarding hinges for folding doors, after I was firstly sent down to trading desk, and then sent to l11 and waited but no one came. I repeatedly called for help three times but no one came. eventually I had one staff who came and said he had no idea about the folding doors and then left. Eventually I was told the one who works at the department had gone home. Always loved coming to bunnings and I have never found it's so unhelpful at any other bunnings stores.

Usually this is a great place and the staff are wonderful. However, today was slightly different. It was a simple matter: cut two house keys. The two young girls at the service desk where the machine is were too busy catching up on their lives to pay attention to properly serving the customer. Me!Unfortunately both keys didn’t work when I got home. Back to Bunnings I go where I met an experienced staff member who remembered me earlier. She was also disappointed the keys were not cut properly (we could hear the machine cutting the same key where it had been missed). I could sense her frustration with her younger colleagues. All good in the end and keys working as they should.Note to training staff: attention to detail and simple customer service is Gold. Being called mate by someone young enough to be my teenage daughter is an interesting way to gain rapport. We all learn and we also need to be patient customers. But, teaching them properly in the first instance is vital.

Usually good but let down by a cranky elderly staff member at checkout.The price for a pot plant was $29. The old bag insisted it was $60.Even after we scanned the item and a manual item price check came up as $29.Reported to management she needs to be sacked.
