I got a coffee and i took an extra cup because the coffee was too hot. They charge me for the extra empty cup like it was full. That was absolutely ridiculous. I was willing to pay for the cost of the cup of course but not for the whole rice of the product!!

Very terrible customer service. The guy who works on Sunday night is terrible to the customers. He displays an exasperated face and very rude body language. You call him to attend to you while he do his restocking, he will acknowledge but will let you wait for minutes before attending to the customers waiting at the counter. I hope the owners read this and will actually employ someone who likes their job.

Needs better staff. Worst place ever. My card was stolen by the atm machine this morning (7/1/22) the lady working was absolutely useless told me there’s nothing she can do I just have to call helpline. AND also said this happens ALL THE TIME !? As I was in the middle of taking my nana to the hospital to visit my grandad I asked if I needed to wait for someone to arrive to open machine and she said there’s nothing to do here my card gets sent to the bank and I have to get it from my bank !?Iv left and called the helpline and the man said he will send someone out today to open machine all I needed to do was call the store and leave my contact details. I called the store explaining what’s happening and the lady has said she has customers and she is putting me on hold in which I said was okay. Have waited 10min on hold with no response.Iv hung up and tried to call back and now can’t get through because the useless woman has still left the phone off the hook.Need to really reevaluate the type of people they employ especially considering theres already a review that was left about someone getting charged 2 coffee cups when he wanted an empty extra one just to hold his first coffee that was too hot. What a joke

Cofee machine is not clean. Very very dirty dirty and bad smells.

The shop itself is great but the location makes it hard use the pump you want (e.g ron98).It get really hard to move when there's more than 4 cars (2 pumping, 2 waiting), the traffic lights right outside doesn't help.Could you some entrance/exit upgrade/expansion.

Good petrol station, but the coffee machines needs replacement because it goes out of service too often

The staff served each customer with vicious eyes, did not use words such as hello and thank you, and basically had no communication ability. I do not know how the hr of the gas station hired such employees, and it is estimated that the agency deducted the labor fee. We are guests, we do not owe you money, please treat every guest with kindness, a beautiful Sunday is ruined.

Yukh absolute Yukh. This store is a mess.Went to fill up and buy coffee, staff deosnt wears uniform, on his phone continuously ignoring customersPlus look at their coffee machine absolute junk

By far the worst customer service ever experienced. Especially the rude Indian lady. Will never get fuel or buy anything from this store even after being a local from the area.
