We were probably just hungry why we forgot to take a photo of our food but just saved the docket as first-time diners here. We waited just right the amount of minutes. Quite pricey but the serving was just right for us two and a half people. We enjoyed the food and the teriyaki sauce was not overpowering the savoury grilled barramundi. We’ll likely to come back to try something else on their menu.

Appalling.RUN AWAY!!Aggressive management was abusive when we had sat in her 90% vacant seating area and had already confirmed we were leaving outside peak hours around 2pm today.I have been a regular customer for over 18 months, brought many people from my business to this spot, yet never been spoken to in such an outwardly hostile manner, was worse that it was by management, another local business owner.On many occasions I’ve paid the over priced rates, with no question, for their sub standard sushi & seafood.There are plenty of amazing places to get seafood without the drama.I’ll never be back, or send anyone again.Not at all good value.Frightening review of the ammonia, with so many 1 star reviews: left by multiple others whom like me have all experienced such hostility, like I did today.Toxic behaviour.Despicable service…I wonder what learnings have been going through their team, and their culture as a workplace, and how high rotation of staff must be??Do yourself a favour and head to the Southport Wharf for daily catch prawns $50 per kg, not $90, as sold here.Or even better, head to a sensational experience at Miami Fish market, far greater range, superior quality & you don’t get harassed by 2 staff members including management within 1 minute… about some under used seating when your a paying customer.

If you want fresh seafood on your plate and in your sushi rolls go here for sure. The rolls are beautiful looking and the taste is wonderful. If you are looking for low cost go somewhere else. We all enjoyed the meal and the service was quick and helpful. This was a special occasion so we tried many of the different offerings. Highlights were the Tempra Prawns with vegetables, Miso scollops ($17.00 for 3 ouch! and the many varieties of seafood rolls ($10.00 each)

Reef Seafood & Sushi offers a wide variety of fresh and cooked to order seafood. Also has a selection of Sushi to choose from.Located within the Brickworks between Ferry Road and Warehouse Road Southport.Quality is high as are the prices.Had the Crab Sandwich, which was quite good.

ASL says ‼️Do NOT patronise.As a result of CoVid-19 - Strongly suspect owner is taking opportunity to exploit guidelines & effectively is ❌❌❌breaking law as now insisting one must buy a drink* w a meal to be seated. When I questioned why - I wad told I was being agressive & refused service.Owner also refused to explain, hiding @ rear - before exiting scene - telling staff to call security if I continued to (albeit loudly) ask what part of the CoVid-19 guidelines he was acting in accordance with.I left & will not return until the owner;(a) apologises &(b) acts in accordance w his food service license & all applicable laws.*guessing hoping to up sell.Nb- I was purchasing a meal for 1 - @ a cost of more than $30 when I was told I must but a drink as well.I was also told I could buy a smaller & cheaper meal (eg. single sushi roll - but again I must buy a drink). ‼️‼️‼️CRAZY !!!--------

Beware!!!!Probably the most expensive take away sushi. His main dishes i.e. The Tuna Lover was already expensive but now they've put up the price by 20%+. However, the quality is superior compared to other Sushi takeaway. Here comes the bombshell... Watch the sign on the counter. On weekends they charge you an extra 10%!!! is this allowed / acceptable.

Daughter dearest is happy with her sashimi platter, so 5 stars for me!

As a regular it astounds me that on weekends the staff don’t pay attention: yes I said brown rice and pointed to my choice however waitress was too busy paying attention to another man’s issue, and came out with ‘brown’ roll which I said I never ordered.Picking hairs, she states I said ‘brown’ and could not sell it to anyone else now it was cut up. Explaining that I always say brown and point to what I have now been told is ‘black’ rice, she said sorry but I asked for brown. Came back and reminded her that maybe if she had been paying attention to me, she could have seen which one I pointed to..and reminded the rest of them that it’s getting over priced and customers are being undervalued. $10 for one roll..which is a luxury for me.. then walked out. Maybe it was always coming to this. Are they a bistro here or trying to pitch a restaurant level? At least a top restaurant would have made the switch and we would both have accepted the mistake. Disappointing weekend service

Not only does this place charge high prices.Average serviceFood court seating environment.They hit u with a sneaky weekend charge which I don't think is even legal.Yeah will go somewhere else next time everytime.

Great sushi, great fish & chips!However prices are VERY expensive, with an exception to the chips alone. A can of soda or bottle of water costs $4 each! I ordered both and was disappointed with having to pay $8 for a small water and can of Solo. If you ask for a refund, you have to wait 10 minutes to get managers approval.No priority given to unhappy customers.Also as of recent, you can no longer order over the phone in advance without paying by card first. Very inconvenient if you only have cash or Apple Pay.Staff are clearly being micromanaged and this results in poor customer service.I am very appreciative of the young Australian man I spoke to on the phone, he was very polite, courteous and understanding.
