The staff are good but the system of managing appointments and visitors is out of control.Appointment was at 2:20, had to wait till 3:40 for first round of health check.It is 5 pm now and still haven’t seen the doctorHad to cancel another appointment because of the delays here.Feedback to the management - Please look into system of managing appointment and visitors. 3 hours to get a medical health assessment is ridiculous at this day and age.

The only thing sonic about this group would be an association with sonic the hedgehog. Booking times are irrelevant, they should operate as a government agency, booking times for line marking

Excellent Experience here for Pre-employment medicals x2 (Border Force & Police). I had the Asian and Indian doctors. Highly recommended ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐The clinic is busy and receptionists work hard with the short staff which most places experience post COVID.The negative review does not reflect my experience at all. The staff are very nice and Doctors are professional and helpful.I had to wait a little bit, fill out a bunch of forms. The clinic is busy and it is understandable to wait a little bit while staff is doing their best.Negative reviews are from entitled snobby ones who can not wait for their turn. Thanks Sonic Health Laverton for a great experience.

DO NOT USE THESE GUYS!!!Worst experience I’ve ever had! I have been waiting 6 business days for a medical to be processed and still don’t have anything back. The medical itself took 3 and a half hours. Supposed to start the job in 3 days but will probably miss the first swing. My flight has now tripled in cost, who knows when I will actually receive results. Has been a very stressful experience. The office seems to be filled with staff but there answer is always ‘we’re understaffed, you should have results by the end of the day’. Absolutely disgusting to play with people’s livelihood like this clinic does.

This company is terrible I had an appointment and went in only to be told i need my id which could have been told over the phone prior to appointment. Provided a photo copy only to be told I need physical license

I want to give them more star for efforts service but unfortunately they didn't serve customers in a very friendly way. Very ignorance and rude receptionists. They deserve this rating

Worst experienceI should get results in three days, it’s been one week now still waiting for results calling office they saying you should get results by the end of day, because of them I can’t start my job I am sitting home because of them and have no idea what can I do to get results

Over 3.5 hours of waiting from first appointment to finish, which is anabsolutely outragpus waste of my time. I came to test to see if I was capable of the job requirements, not to be told and have written on my report to loose weight. The job will or won't take me at my current weight. Ridiculous advice without a medical history and outdated. Also how does a c section scare impact work and why was this written on the report? The employer does not need to know this. This company needs to rethink their practices. If there was a requirement to go here again I would not accept the position. This is my 4th workplace medical and the absolute worst experience.

Doctors are okay, not compassionate at all though. The front reception staff and the “manager” are the worst administrators I’ve ever experienced in my 48 years. Rude, unorganised and most definitely not there to provide service. Took the afternoon off work for my appointment. Entered the building and was abruptly asked why I was there as told there was no doctors on that day and that my appointment was cancelled. No apology given just that they were all in a meeting and I should’ve received a call a few hours ago to inform me of the change. I Checked my phone log in front of her, no call. One of the girls sitting at the pc quietly advised her that my appointment was still showing in booking system, confirming no one called me. No apology given. They told me to come back the next day which was annoying but I agree and asked them to book me an appointment which she refused to do. She said they were fully booked but just come back before 4 and they’d let me see someone but refused to give me a set time. She also stated that she wasn’t going to be there tomorrow, but she’ll make sure I see someone. I asked to speak to the manager, within 5 seconds I could see very quickly why her reception staff get away with being rude. She barked at me, just come back tomorrow and you’ll see someone, again no set time given. Asked her to give me a letter of attendance for the appointment they failed to honour, she refused saying they don’t do that. Asked if she could write a note on a letter head, again refused. She pulled out a business card and wrote “No GP available”. I Emailed the company when I left to complain about the disgusting service I received and never heard back from anyone.

Zero StarIt is Not an organized medical centre.They keep rescheduling appointments.No matter you book an appointment or not, still you would have to seat and wait at least 45 minutes to see the doctor or physiotherapist.I would not recommend it.
