Thank you for waiting a couple of minutes for me today! The train from Central gets to Woy Woy one minute after the bus is meant to leave and there isn't another bus to the Bays for 4 hours so it seems like a good idea if there could be a slight timetable change to allow more commuters to make use of your great bus service !Thanks again.

Always late. ALWAYSMust be a dream job getting to show up at stops whenever you feel like it and wasting taxpayers money.I have more respect for dole bludgers

Two of the busway drivers went out of their way to avoid stoping at the designated stopAfter they sighted. One at Eina Fair ; the second, Gosford Hgwy.

Don't bother. A dream job for a bus driver, a nightmare for a customer. Little frequency and no connectivity with trains. A non-reliable service for commuters. Drivers run their routes with practically empty buses.

Lazier and more useless than legitimate dole bludgers.I'm going to increase this review by two stars thanks to the competent, friendly and courteous woman bus driver that drove the 10.20 Gosford to Tuggerah bus on the 7th June.Seriously, in addition to giving this woman more shifts, there also needs to be more bus drivers like her.

A big thank you to Michael who was running an empty bus route and stopped to pick up my two sons both who have a medical condition this morning .To stand under the bus shelter with the lightning and thunder and pouring rain you don't know the anxiety one of my son's as well as myself were feeling at the time not knowing their usual bus was running 30 mins late due to floods !Thank you so much to yourself as a superior supervisor at the 1300 depot [sorry I've forgotten your name}who was so helpful and supportive and will see that the compliment regarding Michaels efforts to get my sons safely to school on a passenger free service is recognised.I do hope Michael from the Kincumber busway depot who was driving that not in service route that went through Point Clare at 9.05am goes on about his day feeling good that he went out of his way to do something that has made a difference. Reliving that anxiety both myself and my son{s} felt.A big thank you firstly to the lovely man who answered the phone this morning at Kincumber depot.Apologies I've forgotten your name {Gary perhaps? I know you stared with a G!.But thank you to you Mr G and Craig who was driving bus 55 who went out Of his way to get my daughter who has a medical condition as well as anxiety to Henry Kendall high school. Please know that me as a mum on this end was finding it hard to remain calm that she missed her bus to school and felt helpless to some degree as to how she was going to get to school. You managed to see what options were available and Craig who was driving the 8.16am route 55 Point Clare - Gosford service went out of his way to get Scarlett up to her school once the bus 55 route terminated at Gosford station .It meant everything to me at the time as I was overwhelmed and had to get my two younger sons onto their bus soon after on the other side of the road here at Point Clare. To you Mr G and Craig and to all the other bus drivers that do go out of their way to do the things that they don't get the recognition for .Not only if you have children of your own would you understand but anxiety or a medical condition too .You just don't know what it does for someone .

Is it masks on or off, consistency and clarity is needed? Tuggerah train station - you either wait the extra 90 seconds for the train passengers or you continue to taunt them and leave as they are coming down the stairs? Decency and professionalism should give you your answer.

The bus service heading down on Heath Road to Pretty Beach and Wagstaffe is often driving dangerously fast.Heath Road is a winding and narrow passage of a road and requires one car /vehicle to stop and allow the oncoming vehicles through as there are work cars and residents parked at various intervals along Heath road.Today at 1.30pm once again I was carefully and very slowly backing out of my driveway on Heath Road when a bus came speeding past and nearly collected me. This is not on! He was driving very fast and came back very quickly driving way too fast weaving in and out of parked cars making oncoming traffic slam on brakes! I rang this afternoon to make a complaint as this happens too frequently and was annoyed at waiting on line for 20 mins.Busways this is dangerous driving and fear one day someone will be hurt!!
