Fantastic Furniture

Bought a bed frame online on 15/4, pick up still not available until 16/4 due to their e commerce system issue, We went into Capalaba shop on 16/4 and the staff offer us other solutions and let us know which products were available for pick up at that point of time. 100% professional customer service. Although the product is made in China, still good quality at this price. Will definitely coming back in the future if we need something else. Thanks again for the staff that work on 16th april 2023, Sunday afternoon.

My partner and I have been in a couple times as we are really weighing up our options. Out of about 5 times we have been greeted once. Other times we have had to seek out service ourselves which we usually don’t mind toooo much but just a bit annoying when you approach a counter and there is 3 staff members just standing around. We asked for help on the couches that we were interested in and we asked if a cheaper price was negotiable considering generally there is movement as long as the item isn’t already on special (which it isn’t). Lady wasn’t very helpful at all and showed us colours that we weren’t interested in even when we told her we liked a light grey. We walked out of there not happy at all and are going to try our luck at a different branch.

Jess and Lisa are very helpful girls. Like the display of their furniture.

Staff were very helpful when choosing a mattress. Will definitely come back here.

We bought a Home Robe package, easy enough to assemble just follow the instructions.it looks nice and sturdy. The ladies in the capalaba shop were very helpful and solved a minor issue with the delivery promptly and efficiently A BIG THANK YOU.

I don't think I would shop here as not my class of furniture, but looks fine for the price.. I do know who has the best quality for your money IMO if anyone interested

Fantastic furniture is a definite place to go to if your furniture shopping. The staff have always been super helpful especially the younger lady who’s name I can’t remember. She’s always given great service and advice.One of the best things is when they have a great warranty/ policy. I brought a mattress there and it was definitely faulty as it was lob-sided after only a few months, I was given the option to pick a replacement and the one I have no has changed my life is SOOOO comfortable.All in all very clean and pleasant store definitely recommend.
