Won’t recommend. Have been to this multiple times and they could not rectify why engine light is appearing on dashboard screen. Spent more than $1000 and still have problem. Every time they use terms do this and this ‘may’ fix this.. such an experienced technician who even could not rectify what the hell is happening with engine.

Picked up the car. Not vaccumed at all. Dirt all over the place. Absolutely disgraceful.. paid $630... Could have done service at local repairer.. no point of bringing the car to Honda when quality is there. Absolutely rip off and Honda Australia doesn't really care about it. Never going to buy Honda Car everNEVER EVER SERVICE YOUR SERVICE HERE. NEVER GOING TO COME HERE TO SERVICE..

* coffee machine broken down* Charge a service charge for credit card payment. They won't tell u abt it upfront (at the time of booking or when u bring the car in) but when it is time to pay they'll hit u with it. This is the only Honda service station that levies this charge for no apparent upside. In the past, I've been to Scotts, Parramatta and formerly Trivett Honda and none of them imposed a levy for my credit card payments.* no wifi* cramped and overbooked drop-off parking space for your vehicle (ensure ur not bumped before u drive off)

Booked a time to check my car. When visited the service centre i was told there is no booking and is a mistake by call centre staff!!! Also the customer service person couldn't offer any reasonable alternates.My local area mechanic not only reviewed the issue but also fixed the issue with no booking and no charge, in less than 10mins.Been a loyal Honda customer for over 15 years, really disappointed with the way a customer being handled.

Great service, lovely staff.I had a couple of errors coming up in my HRV (still under warranty). They fixed the errors, educated me on a better understanding of the little mechanisms of my car, and I received a decent discount on battery change.Thanks, Jeff, you were very helpful. As I read the reviews here, I think something must have changed at Honda Castle Hill. My yesterday experience was very good as I received the car clean and the person served me was very polite. The whole service process was very smooth. Particularly, I liked the shuttle service to/from home with a very good driver who knows the areas very well that saving on your time. The shuttle saved me from UBER.

Took my Honda to Castle Hill Service Centre on 16/5/23 to see if they could diagnose an electrical problem I was having with my vehicle. I was assisted by Holly who provided outstanding service in regard to the diagnosis of the problem and the options available to initiate repairs. My thanks to Holly and the team at Castle Hill Honda for providing excellent service and detailed information in regards to my issue.

Had an issue with rear brake lights that needed to be fixed urgently as we had a driving test coming up.Another mechanic had told us to change the lights which we would have needed to order parts from Japan which would take weeks.Castle Hill Honda found that it was just a faulty electrical connection and fixed it in a day.Been going there ever since to service our 2006 Jazz.Very good service. Car cleaned nicely every time.

Avoid Castle Hill Honda if you can, they are way overpriced.Got charged $870 for a service, no parts replaced just fluid changes. We’ve used other authorised Honda service centres for years and they where nothing like the pricing here - even for a branded repair centre this place is a rip off.
