These people never contacted me after wasting two hours of my time, saying they could help while there were other clients on the line. After quoting it would cost a few thousand dollars to help, there was no follow through.They're obviously just looking for big clients with a lot of data to scam.

After being assured for weeks that my data was recoverable and that they HAD decrypted portions of it, I was then told that my data had been affected multiple times (it was not) and there were multiple keys (there were not). This entire process took multiple months after which, it was another month before they gave me a refund and that only after I told them I would have to reach out to a solicitor (lawyer). But even before that, they tried to sell me on a 'hope and gamble' where they would make a 'brute force' attempt and keep the money no matter what happened.Additionally, over the course of the recovery process the following occurred:- Multiple unanswered emails and a lack of professionalism- Demonstrable lack of understanding of Linux and even basic Windows batch file scripting. I actually had to re-write some of their work and do it myself.- Multiple misrepresentations of the state of my system and data- Multiple attempts to sell me on intrusive network scans and system scans despite my disclosing that work had already been done and was unnecessary.-1/10, would not do business again and actively regret trusting them in the first place.
