Absolutely the worst bedside manner I have ever come across. No idea how to use the equipment they have, solution was lets just see if it works. Would not trust them to find out any important medical information.

Called for appointment for my babies blood test. They said come anytime before 5.30. I arrive at 4.30 and they tell me you have to come back tomorrow. That's after we waited in front of the counter and then they gave us a waiting number for the pathology.

The worst blood test experience I had in my life! The lady work on Sunday shift had an angry attitude.When she put the needle in my arm, she twisted the needle around while in my arm.I never had bruises when I do blood test or given blood. But this time it was swollen and bruise!If you do not want to work on Sunday, please do not take Sunday shift! And take on to patient!
