Kmart Castle Hill

Pros:Big big shop. You find everything here. Clothes, utensils, furniture, electronics, fashion, ceramics, art, beddings, shoes, etc. Located at lower level, easily by the parking. Good promotions always. Prices are very cheap as compared to other outlets of competitors. Best thing is quality which is good. Remains open till 10.Wow.Cons:Nothing

Customer service at the service desk was appalling today, the young girl that was serving her name is Daniella was very rude and careless. Learn from the lovely young man out front of the entrance and exit of Kmart, he has exceptional customer service.

Staff are lovely and friendly, but some of the sections need some TLC. Came in to buy a jewellery box, but was disappointed to see most of them were broken.

why are they even paying lease for this place when they don't even bother to stock. Shelfs are empty, staff is unhelpful, things are out of stock even though they show it in stock on their website.Only good thing about this kmart is the lovely boy who greets everyone enthusiastically at the entry. Don't know his name though

Went in to print 250 photos and ordered with 1 hour service pick up. The store manager Adrian was so helpful and he waited for the photos with me even after the store closed and kept me company. Adrain was so nice and made me so welcoming and will definitely went back again. Also big thanks to the other girl that in charge of the printing station.

Wow what a place Kmart Castle Towers. Make sure to come to this place it’s so cool.

Came here to print some photos. Whole process with the photo kiosks was a shambles. Machine was out of order and did not generate a receipt (after we sent it 100+ photos so we weren't inclined to start over with another machine), staff at service counter did their best and eventually managed to sort it out, though not before a long queue to get to the counter and a long wait for the photos. What should have taken 20-25min ended up taking around an hour. (Also didn't help that the printer ran out of photo paper halfway through the order and the poor staff had to change the paper as a priority) Would have given this 1 star if not for the excellent staff who was very helpful (even with a long and growing queue gathering behind us). Please fix the self serve photo kiosks!

I wanted to purchase an item that was very heavy. I went to front of the store three times to get a trolley only to be told there was none available and haven’t been collected from the carpark. As I am Deaf, it was pointless to try and explain that I had a product I wanted to purchase is too heavy to carry with two kids at the time. I ended up sending out my child to get a trolley from another shop while I waited with the basket of items I wanted to purchase. It was at that point a manager came out when my child came back with a trolley from another store nearby. My car was parked near the cinema so I was not going to carry the heavy item all the way to the other end. I have a knee injury that prevents me from carrying more than 5kg safely.Please make sure the trollies are collected and returned to the store so that customers can carry out the heavy items out safely and minimise injuries. Due this lack of care to have trollies available for customers for purchases that are too heavy to carry, I will have to take a trolley from another store if I intend to make a purchase that is heavy to carry alone and having two young kids with me as well.
