20/04/2022 - just had my car serviced n pink slip, Danny is so reliable n dont have to tell him much cos he knows what the car needs. I trust these guys and get great service. Highly recommend.These guys are the best, fixed my car thoroughly, Danny is the best in the business, i would never take my car anywhere else. My whole family take their cars to them. Highly recommend these guys. Trustworthy n won't rip you off. Been going their for years.

Such a unprofessional and money minded Mr Danny . Had a issue with A/c not being enough cooling and windshield becomes foggy . paid 1100$ plus to change parts as he said . He lied me as he did fix but never it was . wasted my time , showed rudeness and angry behaviour when I told him about the reoccurring issues after all I had paid him . I had to go his workshop again and again just to tell him issue not fixed .I believed him and it was raining at the time the windshield became foggy . I could have got into incident .Went more than 10x in the workshop . Frustrated, depressed I am .He couldn’t fix it .Last he told me to go to Smithfield to fix a car to his friend workshop which is very far . I agreed and went to that place .But I wasn’t given attention and preferred to fix my car .Totally disappointed .Story in summary only

Avoid / 避雷- Charging for undelivered service （车没修好照样收费）- Poor service attitude （态度极差）- Gaslighting and guilt tripping customers （道德绑架）(Attached receipt as proof)Background:I tried to get my car battery replaced but they could not get the ISS stop/start system working with either their battery or one I bought from supercheap.I left my existing battery but I still got charged $30 for switching batteries (fair) and $50 for them fiddling with the car ISS system for almost 2 hours (stupid). I was later able to get my battery replaced with no issues at an authorized repairer.Update: .- The owner called me to take down this review and tried to gaslight me by telling me how irresponsible I am to leave a poor review. So here are some more issues I didn't initially want to disclose.- After admitting they could not fix the issue, I was at the checkout. The owner acted very friendly to a lady in front of me in the queue but I was met with a scowl.- The owner tried to guilt trip me to pay for resetting the battery saying they've got mouths to feed. Even though during the two hours fiddling, I was also constantly trying to help by looking up car manuals to resolve the issue.

I dropped by one day and the owner dropped what he was doing to come check my car, which was making weird noises. He ended up topping up some fluids that were low and fixed my car in just a couple minutes. Top service, thank you

I had taken my Subaru here for the first time on short notice, the team were able to take my car in that same day.I had both my control arms and bush's fixed with genuine parts, and found a few other things along the way through the service and communicated this with me through out the whole process with images, and calls to give advise on what I should do.I'm extremely happy with this service and would definitely recommend.On a note of the other reviews with the price - take some piece of mind to take into consideration the amount of work and liberty it takes for anything to do with a car. If you think it should be cheaper and it's so easy, then do it yourself?
