Order 3 meals for me and my husband and daughter...got our order and my meal wasn't in there and payed for it..Told them but all they could do is say sorry and not give me my order that I payed for.. and waited 30mins!Family even felt sick afterwards after few bites...even my dogs wouldn't take a bite..no jokeStandards have dropped.. Also....My daughter got a soft serve and worker was breathing and walking around with it for 10 mins and then put it back in the ice cream machine ,then served another...health and safety is not there priorityOwner needs to get workers that actually take there jobs seriously...Rather eat a sausasge roll from gas station than eat there again..

Every single time I come to this hungry jacks I’m parked usually along with 3 or 4 other people. It’s actually embarrassing that you cannot manage your store well at all. The other week I had to walk in and ask if I was forgotten about because I was waiting in the car park for 15+ mins for my food. Why even have a drive thru if you can’t manage to use it properly? ☠️ I’m literally sitting here in the car park right now and I’ve been here for 10 minutes. Shameful.

Your storm flakes are horrendous. You shouldn’t be allowed to sell this, it’s that low quality. Couldn’t get past the second spoon full.Taste like powdered milk that’s a little off mixed with ice, with a pinch of flake. And that’s being nice.

Ordered a Carolina Whopper ended up getting a normal whopper after 10 minutes. Then got told there are no Carolina whoppers even after I overheard the staff asking if there were any Carolina whoppers. Aaron the superviser was very unprofessional and didn't even ask if there was something they could do to fix it. Apart from a refund. Very unprofessional. And a waste of petrol.

Got Big BBQ Breaky wrap, meat tasted and smelled weird, pulled it out.Problem is that I had already swallowed some.I sincerely hope that I don't end up with food poisoning.

Dined in on Monday 23rd August, 2021.The service was terrible and the food even worse. If I could give a minus score, I would.The fries pictured had not been touched and when we questioned the serving size we were told that's what it is". What fries were in the bag were cold. The "Big Jack" burger was half the size of the one pictured on the menu and was not very pleasant to eat.Will definitely NOT be wasting our hard earned dollars here again."

Of all the HJ's I have been to, this one is by far the worst, the ditterence between the photo and the actual product is 100% different. Also when you order large you get half empty chips, the 1 saving grace is that at least when they say they have mango freezies they actually do, come on HJ's Bundy pick your game up.

Well, well, well, if it isn't my favorite fast food joint - Hungry Jack's! The place where dreams go to die and customers are treated like royalty - if royalty were ignored and brushed off at every turn, that is.It was absolutely delightful to visit Hungry Jack's today! I mean, who needs basic customer service skills, right?I was positively thrilled to find that the two kids' meals I ordered had no toys. I mean, who wants their child to have fun and be entertained while they eat, am I right? And when I had the gall to go back to the drive-thru and complain, the staff was so helpful and attentive. There are no toys available

Terrible drive through I was 1 of 2 cars sent to waiting bay for 20 minutes watching car after car go straight through.Had to walk in and ask for my drive through order
