Honestly, usually the staffing here are pretty good, except tonight. One staff member having a social gathering with friends, when asked for help didn’t know the answer. The other dragging a ladder through the store with no care for customers nearly running into a few. The girl at checkout with the short blonde hair was beautiful though. Please hire more like her

One of the staff at the registers asked me if I needed assistance while I was next in line to be served telling me I wasn't in the line and to go line up behind the family that was behind me then opened up another til and served them. She may have been a manager or assistant manager. It was a fun time.

Staff were standing around chatting to friends and didn't speak. After asking for a staff member for help regarding skates he left to never return. Asked someone else. We got skates that were two different sizes. At the counter we were ignored while they talked about their roster for tomorrow and having to work with staff members they didn't like.Walked out only for the alarms to go off as they didn't take the security tag out... Guess what... people came from every direction to help"Disgusting service."

Terrible customer service, people everywhere trying to buy goods and staff are useless behind the counter. Ridiculous wait times to buy clothing.Highly recommend to shop elsewhere if you want to be served

I had come in to have a look around, I was greeted by a lovely lady by the name of Tori, she was so helpful and energetic its great to see a place with enjoyment in there workplace, I ended up purchasing some much needed items and I was on my way promptly, highly recommended and will be back thankyou for the experience.

Not a bad review for the business itself but the staff. Wasn’t busy stood there waiting 6 minutes while 4 staff behind the counter 1 doing the whinging and not serving. I don’t want to listen to petty stuff just want to buy my clothes and go. I didn’t get served I put the stuff back and left

Incredibly slow customer service. 15+ people in line to purchase items and only 2 people behind the registers. With one constantly asking for assistance from the other staff member slowing down the whole purchasing process.Have been waiting close to 25mins in line to purchase a t shirt.Need more staff or a better system for people trying to make a purchase

Went in to do an exchange of a swim rashie with tags attached and receipt ,told they can't do that as the rashie is wet?? The item had been sitting in my car all day while i worked, however had air-conditioning blowing on it and it was cold to the touch - not wet! I explained this but they had a chat while rolling their eyes and then refused to exchange item. As I walked away the assistant yells out 'have a nice day' in a very rude manner, I won't be back.
