Contacted union re issue, they provided case worker who never replied to emails, answered calls or supplied any advice, assistance on issue at all. Had to deal with entire issue myself. Why join this union, why pay this union cause when you need them, they'll ignore you...Thankyou so much for ignoring my needs MARK DUNSTAN...When I rang to discuss issue, as soon as I mentioned it was a complaint, I was put on hold & left there...Thankyou so much receptionist HARLEY...Funny how the union only reply on the favourable posts ...Chased them for 20 days but no reply, day after issue resolved they email me saying always willing to assist...

I was force against my will to get the Covid vaccine by my job ! I got the first dose on September 2 and my heart is still not right. I have seen two cardiologists and they have both said I should wait to get the second one but they can't write an exemption and now, I have lost my job. No support what do ever from Union what do ever, now I have to live with heart problems. And also have no job!!!!!!

Union has let us down during the pandemic. As evidenced by the previous review obviously from someone in the general public and not a nurse..the public have no real idea what it has been like in the hospital and what nurses have had to face and deal with, because the union has done nothing to make the public aware in order to bring about better conditions for us. Now right at the end they protest, after the hard part is over. Not inclined to rejoin the union.

The WORST and I mean the WORST company I have ever dealt with. They overcharged my account and will not provide with me a refund. They have the worst communicate ever. No one responds to emails and when I call, i just get a voicemail. Absolutely disgusting. They are thieves. If you ever want to cancel your account, just know that you will be charged by them for weeks/months after resigning, even if you provide more than 2 weeks notice.

This Union is asking for more pay and striking when we’ve all been though enough with fire, Covid and floods and so many people have gone broke. Meantime you’re all getting good salaries throughout the period, paid without fail. Shame on you. Oh, throw in patient to carer’s ratios to make it all sound good. Stop asking for more money.

Worst experience ever. First, there is a long waiting time, and they don't attend to the call immediately. They also need your voicemail for call-back service. It is so bad that last time the guy from the union was arguing with me over the phone, and I was like, what is going on? He was so rude in providing the information. I think, They want us to use the website so we don't call them. If I have to find the information from the website then why do we need your services? The biggest excuse is that they are dealing with 70000 members.

I'm very disappointed the way they handle my concern. They doesn't care at all. She only asked me to emailed her what she needed and after that no more contact. I follow up leave a message in the automated machine no one get back to me. Maybe it's time for me to apply a job in you guy's for a change to give real.support to the members that needed and entitled to it.

NSWNMA helped me right when I needed the help most. My case officer Sascha handled my case so efficiently and supported me in my stressful situation. I’m forever grateful. Yes, I was not left unsupported. Thank you NSWNMA team.

Horrendous experience, they are more than happy to chat with you when you have information for them, i recieved a workforce complaint against me, after I had resigned, their response was I resigned so not much they could do for me, I now have lost my registration after a 32yr nursing career. UnblemishedNo on bothered to ask me if the complaint was true

I gave them a call regarding a work issue, firstly the person who answered my phone call was rude as I told him that I have tried to contact the staff that I got before for a few times already but having no luck, I asked the receptionist if I can have other options, he just said I am only a help desk person."
