Went here for a school camp trip and the experience was HORRIBLE! we booked lanes for 7:30 - 9:30 and only got inside at 8:45 after waiting outside in the dark (they wouldnt even let us inside), and still didn't get to bowl. They overbooked and are very unorganised. Not worth the money, do not recommend as it was a waste of time and money.

Went here for a camp, expecting a great time only to wait pretty much an hour... in the dark... on the curbs they would not let us in. What was supposed to be a 2 hour session was cut to 1 and most of us didn't even have a go. They overbooked and said one session went on for too long. Very unprofessional and unorganised.

I went to this place for the first time and horrible doesn't even start to describe my experience. We booked for 7:30 but they over booked and we had to sit outside in the dark on the curb for 1 hour and still didn't get to play I full hour when we booked well ahead for 2. Do not come here if you want to enjoy your time. Will never see me here again. Don't waste your time or money here. Unhelpful and unorganised

Nice enough bowling lanes and facilities. Service seemed a bit average. Group of 25 people, playing 2 games each and keen for a few drinks, and everything seemed like an effort for the staff.

Expensive and rude staff. They wouldn't even let my child fill up there water bottle. Go to the Strand instead of here.

Recently had my daughter's 12th birthday party here. Staff were amazing and nothing was too much trouble for them. Great experience from time of booking to the end of the party. Highly recommend!
