Small pharmacy, no queues, friendly people and prompt service. Even when they turned me down on my script last week (too early for a re-fill) the pharmacist did it politely and pleasantly. The locum today (gentleman) was very professional and polite.

I have been a resident of Tyabb for over 23 years.Ive never been happier with the service from a Pharmacy or Pharmacist as I have from the wonderful people of Tyabb Pharmacy.I can quite honestly say this Pharmacy deserves a 5 star rating.I only wish I could give it 10 stars.Prompt, reliable and ready with advice and a smile every single time.Resmi and Lim are amazing and I cant thank either of them enough for all their support.

Wonderful personal customer service.Resmi always has a smile on her face. If she doesn't have in stock it will be in the very next day. Amazing!

Went and look for some medical supply that is in shortage everywhere else.Not only they have it in stock, they limited the amount can be purchased per customer so there's no hoarding or reselling, at a VERY reasonable price (unlike many other pharmacies, where they jack up the price hugely for profit).We need more people like that.

No waiting around, i just handed the script over and the chemist pulled the item from below the shelf and gave it to me. The big chain chemists want you to wait 10-15min so you buy more stuff.
