We used DYFA to do some bathroom renovations and some kitchen renovations aswell. Caleb was absolutely amazing. He was kind, very respectful, understanding of everything and was willing to really work with us to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. The work he did was brilliant, everything looks nice, clean cut, elegant but simple. My partner and I can't put into words how happy we are with Caleb and how much we appreciate all hes done. The amount of effort and time he's put in to make our home our dream is just incredible. This is the third time we’ve had DYFA out - they say trouble comes in threes! Today Mitch arrived to fix/replace two leaking taps. He was prompt, professional and personable, one of those tradies you feel immediately comfortable with and a fount of knowledge and advice about a potentially tricky roof leak repair.

First class service.We had Kale from DYFA over for some help with leaking taps today and he was amazing.He was so polite and professional, explained everything extremely well before he completed the work, was super tidy and even brought my food delivery box inside for me at one point!I'm having him quote another job for me (getting an outdoor shower installed) which he also provided excellent professional advice on.It was the best tradie experience ever . I was delighted with the professionalism and service I received from the team at DYFA Plumbing. The receptionists were so helpful and I was able to book a plumber for my long standing water supply issues easily. Kale and Kert were excellent in identifying and solving the issue promptly and I commend their problem solving skills! All staff I met were professional, had fabulous customer service skills, on time and showed that they cared very much about solving the issue.
