Friendly and caring staff. Looked after our dog really well.

It is against legislation and is discrimination to decline someone entry is they have a medical mask exemption written by a doctor. This practice even at the end of covid where no where but hospitals require masks would not accept my medical mask exemption. Even the hospital accepts my exemption!!! In the hundreds of facilities I’ve needed to use my exemption including in the middle of the pandemic I was never denied entry with my proof of exemption. Some people might just say “just wear it” but no. Docotors tell you to get jabbed and you listen don’t you? My doctor advised me I am not to wear a mask with my declining lungs. So I listen to my doctor and for doing this I’m denied entry unless I wear a mask. Disgrace to the manager or owner for this one.As for the staff they are lovely

Staff are always welcoming, and David is a great Vet who looks after my three doggoes with such professional care. Been using this practice for years and recommend to anyone who's looking for a Vet.

Great staff and fantastic service. Never had to wait to see David. Would not take Bonnie anywhere else.4 years later, fantastic job with Teddy. He wasnt eating and David squeezed him into his schedule on Saturday. Just a well, too late for bloods so done inhouse. Immediately on a drip, Davids inital suspicion confirmed today Addison's disease. well done to the team again. Suspect he would not have made the weekend without your help so many thanks.

Firstly, they have the nicest most genuine staff who are happy to help and give callbacks to make sure everything is better with your pet. Secondly, but just as important, the vet I saw (Sarah, I think, sorry if I got the name wrong- it was a stressful day) was very knowledgeable and understanding and covered all bases for my cats health, including sourcing medical history from his previous vet clinic. The prices were on par with the reasonable price we would normally pay, and they managed to make me an appointment last minute straight away. I'll be taking my 5 cats there from now on if I ever need to. Thanks so much for making us feel like we were already valued customers Warners Bay Vet! Cheers, Erin.

I LOVE this vet. They are so knowledgeable and helpful. The follow up calls are greatly appreciated too. I only wish they did grooming as well so that we didn't have to go anywhere else!

We love Warner's Bay Vet. We have been taking our dog there for 8years and just love the friendly staff and great service. We had kids recently so our poor dog has gotten in to a few things he shouldn't while unsupervised and they were very very helpful. Thank goodness. Highly recommended

Called around 30 vets trying to get my pup looked at for foot injury. Everyone booked out, Warner's Bay also booked out but kind enough to squeeze us in for a check same day

Fantastic vet. We were traveling when needed a vet for our little dog, Nigella. Luckily there was a cancellation and Nigella was able to see the lovely Dr Monica within minutes of our confirmed booking. Dr Monica has an amazing bedside manner and we found the front of house team equally kind, professional and caring.
