Wild Swan at Mandoon Estate
Went here yesterday for my birthday. Had the tasting menu with the pairing wines. Absolutely fantastic. Easily the best food I've had in my life at this level of fine dining. Excellent service, very attentive and guided through every step of the menu. Standing ovation from me to the whole team at Wild Swan. Thanks a lot for this memorable dinner.

A very elegant place for a lunch.The staff were very friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and attentive.Service was very professional and prompt.The food not only looked amazing but tasted delicious.The portions may look small, however you definitely aren’t left feeling hungry afterwards.A beautiful view and a playground/grass area available for kids.Plenty of parking space and wine tasting options available on site.

Thank you to the staff at Mandoon Estate today for a wonderful birthday celebration lunch. Bastien, Ryan, Jordan and Taylor were absolutely fantastic and made us feel truly special.The food was incredible. This is Australian ingredients celebrated as they should be. Every dish was unique, perfectly balanced, delicious and beautifully presented. The scallop dish in particular was so beautifully executed. The delicate scallop is maintained on your palate while all the other elements dance around in a synergy. Truly magnificent. But every dish was just stunning and we could happily come back tomorrow and do it all over again.Wine pairing was fantastic and excellently matched. The wines highlighted a different element of each dish and vice versa. The 2017 Reserve Shiraz was a highlight. Beautiful balance, soft tannins and loss of blackcurrant goodness. Wow.As always, Wild Swan exceeds in all aspects of fine dining. It’s always a memorable experience.

Wonderful experience all round at Wild Swan. The food was delicious, lovely wine and brilliant service, a huge thanks to our wait staff Alyssa and Stephanie. Loved the marron I had for entree, and the lavender bomb was amazing.

Wild Swan at Mandoon Estate
Went here to celebrate my mums birthday and had no regrets. Every dish we had here was visually stunning and delicious. We had a seat looking out onto the Swan valley garden. For entree we had the scallops, lobsters and Zuchinni chips. I would drive all the way here again just for the zuchinni chips! For mains our family shared the rump steak, pork belly and lamb! Pork belly and rump steak was amazing! For desserts the chocolate fondant was my favourite! Mum loved the lychee yuzu and my boyfriend loved the manchego cheesecake. The service here was so friendly and professional, it really made my mum's birthday feel more special.

Wild Swan at Mandoon Estate
Dishes had overall fairly interesting flavours and was a good showcase of local ingredients. Some of the dishes weren't as good as the others, with the lamb dish being a bit too acidic/tangy. Overall, value isn't outright terrible, but you can definitely find similar quality dishes at other restaurants at a lesser price. Portion sizes were good and we left full.

Wild Swan at Mandoon Estate
I took my Mum to Wild Swan last weekend to celebrate her Birthday, what a perfect place! I cannot wait to go back for a date night with my husband or an afternoon with the girls.Instead of the A La Carte Menu, we chose the 6 course Tasting Menu with Paired Wines and it did not disappoint.Absolutely exceptional service from the friendly and knowledgeable Drew and Ryan and also lovely Hayley who explained each dish perfectly as it arrived at our table, in which I must add, a beautifully timed manner.The chef infused flavors and textures so well, each dish was such an experience and so fun to eat, the produce used was super fresh and inventive, the presentation exquisite and the matching wine absolutely perfect, even the palate cleansing sorbet was out of this world! I would highly recommend Wild Swan for your next occasion.

Wild Swan at Mandoon Estate
Another wonderful lunch at Wild Swan Restaurant. Consistently good food, beautifully presented and balanced flavours. We had the tasting menu with paired wines. The service is always impeccable. It's a great dining experience accompanied by quality wines. I rate this as the best fine dining in Perth metro area.
