Great that NRMA has a shopfront in Nowra, hope it stays there. This review is for how our claim has been managed by NRMA and I'm keen to hear other's stories. Interested to know how long other people's claims are taking from submission to resolution. My experience is that NRMA cannot get their assessors to come out and my total wait time is currently at 8 weeks (without a freezer). Anyone else care to share?

The phone operator was very pleasant but they wouldn't price match after being with them for 30 plus years I just thought they wouldn't like to loose a customer but it doesn't work that way anymore
