Bought 2 vehicles and completely utterly disappointed with the experience.Wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.Manager is full of attitude and zero customer service.On the day of delivery made us wait for 30 mins despite we were there on time.On the day of second car delivery the car delivered to us was full of dirt, water marks and finger marks.On asking them to have a look they told us because of our delivery delay the car was in that condition.Manager Paris uttered these words that she doesn’t meet customers on the day of delivery lol that’s a new height of customer service.Finance guy PK was like the car has been in the dealership for more than 2 months where as I had email car was delivered 15 days ago and delay was due to personalise plates.Aren’t they meant to clean the car on the day of delivery??I am definitely taking my future vehicles business somewhere else.

ID GIVE ZERO STARS IF I COULD.Absolutely without a doubt the worst service there has ever been. Staff have no idea what they’re doing, service department can’t do their job correctly, no communication between staff and customer AT ALL.If you want my advice do not buy a car from here. Go to Nundah or anywhere else but Mitsubishi Aspley.Incompetent workplace/facility.No matter how many times you try and get help or ask questions you’re just constantly pushed back or told “I don’t know”. Shocking service.

The salesperson who served me, was very good, the process in purchasing the car was very slow ( not the fault of the salesperson ), the person making the decisions and supposed to help sign the paper work, ended up passing it to someone else. Otherwise, a very good experience.

Once again the service department is a total let down. Get told I need things done at next service. Once again next service comes around and work not completed. Nothing but issues since I bought the vehicle from them. Would not recommend them to anyone. We need your approval. Well you had it. I have a loan car. Sorry we don’t have any. Next person says I have a loan car and guess what magically one appears for them. Then they carry on like they have worked a miracle when they find one. Then threaten me with not getting it if I leave a google review. Black mail which has not worked this time. DO NIT USE THEM

Unfortunately I am having a very unpleasant and frustrating experience with Zupps Aspley and Mitsubishi in general . I have a Mitsubishi outlander 2019 which is presenting with an anomaly with the FCM (forward collision mitigation system) which occasionally heavily activates the car breaks in middle of the road with no warning and no obstacles in front of it , this issue is putting my family in dangerous every time we drive this vehicle. We have engaged Zupps over 2 years ago with this problem and they have never resolved it , they don’t seem to care and not doing any significant efforts to assist us. Initially they didn’t even believed in me and I had to buy a dash cam to prove it .Zupps Manager is claiming that it is a normal behaviour even when we are showing dash cam footage of the occurrences. I’ve have spent a lots of calls and emails and face to face visits and getting nothing in return , they are disregarding our claims and ignoring the big risks we are taking while driving this car . It’s been very disappointing to deal with such unprofessional team ..If I could I would choose never to deal with them again , they pretend to be all nice when they sell you a car , but when you need them the most you don’t have any support .Please take that into consideration before paying them a visit

Shocking customer service! My car has been in and out of this branch multiple times over the passed few months and they botched the first intercooler repair and I was told I need to wait for the new parts to come in, which I was told is two weeks. 3 weeks went passed and no feedback so I called again and Paul the service manager told me they(Kirsten) will get back to me...another nearly 3 weeks have gone passed now and I am still waiting. Called today and told they will get back to me. I guess I won't hold my breath?

had my ute serviced and inter coolers system worked on the 02/05/2023today the 05/05/2023 Friday a rubber pipe has come off the throttle body while driving,I called for them to help me as i was a fair way away from there work shop and they could tow it in and look at it after the weekend with no car to loan me or help with letting me have a mechanic look at it where i was.the Service from the start of dealing Zupps Aspley has been not the best,this will now be the last time they see my vehicle.

My vehicle had ongoing mechanical issues. The service team are really poor in returning calls and emails. When you do get on to them they are rude and treat you like you are an inconvenience to their day! They had my vehicle there four times apparently with seperate issues, yet they still were unable to resolve it. I asked them the last time I was there “is the problem now fixed“ to which they replied “does it look like we have a crystal ball” The head boss suggested that I take the vehicle to where it gets serviced, even though they could not resolve an issue on their own make of vehicle. I guess the service team have no chance with an attitude like that from their boss! Do yourselves a favour and steer clear of this place, they are simply incompetent and rude!
