Bad dirty fuel. Filled up Diesel, a few days later engine light comes on. Diesel mechanic said I got a batch of bad fuel. Hopefully my fuel system isn’t wrecked, time will tell. Stay away from this servo.

Just visited this newly renovated store and they won’t accept cards stored in phones! At managers instructions the worker said no Racq cards stored on phones will be accepted for discounts must have the physical card. Good luck with this policy moving forward!

Sadly due to service station attendant and Head Office's handling of my compliant, I give a ZERO rating. Attendant was so rude about scanning machine not scanning RACQ code on App and asked him to manually enter the Membership number but was too lazy to bother and get irrate with me. Made a Complaint to HO but received no resolution response for over 2months now. Will never support this company again! I'd rather pay more for petrol and have a good customer experience than a rude attendant and zero handling of complaint issue.

Easy to park, fuel is reasonably priced in comparison to other local service stations. Staff are okay, although not overly interpersonal. They have a minimum charge on credit card of $5 which is unusual in my opinion for a petrol / service station. In store items are very highly priced and expensive in comparison to competitors.

The Location was refurbished because of the change from Puma Energy to New Caltex and I say it looks great and inside as well got redone and it was neat and clean. The 1 piece of feedback that I will give is that Free2Go cards issued by RACQ can be used for the RACQ 4c off discount but once educated, it was accepted. All in all, A good servo.
