In and nice and fast the sales lady Helen was a great I didn't want to spend a lot.of money but still got better than I thought I would. Good job.

Excellent service the staff helped me pick to bed frames and one mattress in a matter of 5minutes and then paid and packed on my truck within 10minutes, if that isn't speedy service then what is? HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Don't do it. Just don't. Bought an expensive couch, didn't last 6 months, since then it has been excuse after excuse to try and avoid warranty repair. Have had to take this to to Queensland Fair Trading because its been months and I hate the sight of this expensive lemon.

Staff at the store are lovely minus the customer support team at the head office. Multiple products at the store have broken and were a struggle to organise a replacement or refund. Currently having to take matters to the ACCC because of disregard to consumer rights. Absolutely appalling service from the support team. Recommend going anywhere but here, I've gotten better service from Wish.com

Worst customer service ever. I purchased two kitchen stools which displayed a price of $89 each, left and received an email that informed me that I was charged $99 each. I called straight away and was told they would honour the lower price and that they would leave a comment on my order so when I picked up my purchase they would refund me the difference. I went into store after being told my purchase was ready to be picked up and of course there was no note. I was served by a woman who had the worst attitude. My friend who was with me at the time was trying to explain the situation to her, while he was in mid sentence she just picked up a ringing phone and answered it. I would not recommend this store. They are incompetent and the staff are just rude. The only positive thing is that they did refund me the money. Lucky as I was ready to make a scene. Will never shop here again.

Went in and bought some things. There weren't really any staff, and the only staff person who assisted me had signed off for the day and her two children were running around the shop jumping and playing on everything, but I give her Kudos for helping out when her manager was on the phone for the entire time I was in the shop. Got what I needed though.

Exceptional customer service from Amber and Lee, after previously having a poor experience with another team member. These guys managed to turn us into a happy customer!
