As an investor in rental properties for almost 40 years, my experience with The Professionals Edge Hill has, by far, been the worst experience we have encountered as far as property management is concerned. Our newly purchased unit was presented to us in a very disappointing state. Tenants had made little effort to clean and this agency accepted their handover and release of bond with a standard that we have never experienced before. The attached photos indicate what The Professionals at Edge Hill consider clean. It is very obvious what is a slight dust collection but the filth we found on fans and air cons and on tops of cupboards, as well as dirt and grime that was left under washing machine and fridge, is evidenced in our photos. TP Edge Hill have definitely fallen short of what we consider to be fair standards in cleanliness and when approached, Management didn't seem to care or to want to do anything to rectify their image. I definitely would not recommend using them to protect your investment property!

Brian managed the property in a totally professional manner, dealing with any minor maintenance issues promptly. He responded promptly with all communications and issued monthly statements along with the rental transfers at the beginning of each month. We felt our investment property was in safe hands under Brian’s stewardship.
