I visited the store around:10:40 to 11PM, the lady who served was arrogant and very rude. She asked to pay with the cash, I have a stuff to carry I asked for bag but I don’t have cash which is 0.30 cents. She startedargument and wants to give a complaint to copes. In my personal experience which happened today I highly don’t recommend such kind of store.Head office needs to take the action regarding this issue.

Too many flies near coffee, donuts and smoothie area. Informed the lady to clean but it’s very busy with one staff only.Even the fuel prices are too high compared to the servos around the area.Highly don’t recommend for anyone

I will give this carlingford store negative star, if I could. The worst 7-Eleven in Sydney, I’ve ever visit. The staff allowed people jump in the queue，all other people were stand in as a line, just few people stand other side they were trying to jump in the queue to save their time, if they ask for urgent reason, I believe that people will accept they jump in, but they don’t and staff looks like very happy and know them to allow them to do that? Happens many many times! The worst!

Only come here for the slushies. The fact they raised the price by 50%! Makes me mad. 7/11 was always the place I could go for a nice cheap refresher when I found a dollar on the floor. It's just not the same anymore

Petrol pumps are always off until the attendant turns it on for you. Even during the day!The hand sanitizer doesnt work.The staff are courteous and hard working as there is usually only one person on at a time.I use the 7-Eleven app so I'm usually using 7-Eleven petrol throughout Sydney.

Would be coming here to refuel often as this is my regular route to central coast from Sydney. Thank you Jamsheed for your wonderful customer service.

Imran was rude and unhelpful. I won't stop here again. The toilet was absolutely disgusting, it was a health hazard.
