The customer service was fantastic and I was pleased with the response of the Suave representative! We love their people and the furniture quality and design.

We had an amazing experience at Suave Furniture. Service was impeccable and furniture was pristine. Raef served us excellently and gave us great advice. We checked out some other stores and still came straight back to Suave. Definitely going to be making more purchases in the future.

Great customer service skills, the guy I was speaking to in there, Alex, had a great personality and made me laugh quite a lot, think a lot of people could learn from him. Suave team (Shikha) was amazing to work with. She was very knowledgeable and gave us lots of examples and ideas. Very friendly staff and very approachable. Lots of different designs to choose from with reasonable prices. Highly recommend.

I was actually surprised to see a few different styles of furniture on our first attendance to Suave, some other stores have more of the same style of furniture but just slightly different. Service was very good with Brendan took us to show the different colour of the same lounge suite we were looking at. Upon going to quite a few other furniture stores,. Suave was one of our top 2 stores with the suites that we liked. We had gone back to store with mum and my Mrs to confirm which lounge suite we were going to buy. Mum's decision was final as she liked the darker colour of this site better. After discussing the ETA of the delivery prior to placing a deposit we had to wait approx 5-6 weeks. We received the phonecall pretty much on the 5 weeks which I was happy with as it was as we discussed. Very happy with the lounge suite and would happy to deal with them again.
