What a great team at Excel, all of whom has helped me since April 2019 and been an integral part of my recovery from a serious bicycle accident.Tim has been fantastic and very supportive, his physio experience is invaluable, but it’s also Mel and Brooke who has made me feel extremely welcome. They really do understand the importance of great customer service.

I arrived at Excel Physiotherapy and Wellness Centre in a pretty bad way. But from the first step in the door I was greeted with a smile by Mel and the team, and the ambience was highly professional, calming and did not feel surgical at all.Now onto the treatment James was a complete professional and I felt like he had my treatment and recovery front of mind and was EXCELLENT and an absolute superstar.If you are looking for a professional, knowledgeable physio/wellness centre with a personal touch Excel is the the spotWell done team keep up the great work team A+++Ryan

I have had multiple massages at Excel and am beyond thrilled at the results and will continue to use their services in the future .The entire team is professional and friendly and have been accomodating throughout the entirety of the pandemic .In particular , Brooke who is an integral part of the team , co-ordinates all my appointments and brings additional warmth and positivity to the Business . Great physios who always make you feel 110% better than when you walked in. The best part about being a patient here is that they follow up to see how you're feeling after your appointment. I would highly recommend.

I went Excel Physio for a chronic back and neck pain which was restricting my movements, and the care I received exceeded my expectations. Now I go there 2-3 times a week including yoga and pilates classes, and I can see a significant improvement in my overall health.The clinic has a welcoming environment and service from the reception is always AMAZING.Tim is the most caring and professional physiotherapist I have ever met. He listens to you carefully, takes time to explain, so you have a better understanding of your injury, and his treatment is very effective.Pilates classes are more personalised with only four people. Caroline is professional and attentive, making you feel challenged and taken care of at the same time.And Brooke is very caring and knowledgeable as a yoga instructor. She makes us feel at home in the studio. Respectful to the body and nurturing to the mind, her classes are inspiring and so relaxing.I am glad I found Excel Physio, as they’ve helped me a lot in the last few months. Many thanks to the team, for doing a great job!

Probably one of the best places for physiotherapy in Sydney. I Went to a couple of Physiotherapy practices before coming here and none of them really helped me properly with my issue.A friend recommended me Excel Physio two years ago and since then I have been a regular customer.From the moment you enter the place you can see the high standards they have. The greeting by the girls at reception is always nice, warm and genuine. The entire place is always clean, tidy and smelling amazing.lastly I would like to mention that the service is astonishing. The experience, the knowledge and the customer service of Tim is next level!I believe this practice not only cares about getting your problem fixed, They really want to take care of you and make sure you feel comfortable and satisfied with the best possible experience.Highly Recommended. :)

So glad my work colleague recommended Excel Physio and James to me! Got injured in the hips from falling twice during ice skating. James got rid of the sharp pain I had in one session. I am still seeing him now, not only for recovery from my injury, but also for treating my pre-existing stiffness in the back! These sessions have made me a healthier and happier person. Highly recommended!I am also seeing Ann for massage therapy to give some TLC to my neck and shoulders. She’s very professional and caring. I am doing the stretches she recommended every day : )

I have been attending my physiotherapy appointments at Excel Physiotherapy and Wellness since June 2021 and as a customer I can say that I have been given the highest standard service by the team (Fiona, Brooke and Vanessa). Whenever I arrive I am always warmly welcomed with a smile and I feel that the energy of the place is positive. The team is professional and diligent and genuinely care about your well-being, doing everything in their power to help you recover. I always look forward to seeing Fiona and the team as they have always been superb in the work they do. The clinic is always clean, smells good and they always follow the Covid-19 safety precautions, which is great. From the time I started attending the clinic to now there has been a huge improvement in my condition and I will be forever grateful. Thank you guys!

Highly recommended! I just finished my treatment with Jared Munitz and couldn't have asked for a better experience. It was super straight forward to sign up, the front desk is incredibly friendly, the facilities are clean, and Jared was a joy to work with over the year. Great job, Excel team!
