Australian Skin Clinics Woodgrove

Been to Australian Skin clinic Woodgrove for a while now. Went in today for a treatment and I received the best service and microdermabrasion done by Ruth. She is so lovely, very careful and thorough with the treatment - best one yet! Highly recommend Ruth, good work!!

I have very good experience with australian skin clinic woodgrove..i am taking my laser sittings from Jaismin.She is really doing good..Very experienced and knowledgable..always makes me feel so relaxed with her magical hands while doing clean up before my treatment..i would recommend everyone to go there to get perfect treatments..All the staff members are very friendly.

I called this morning wanting a second opinion - I am booked in at another location but just wanted to confirm the accuracy of something I had been told. Unfortunately, the woman that answered the phone was obviously not having a great day as she came across very annoyed and short with me.Her answers were extremely brief with no explanation. I received no confirmation but was left more confused. Instead of being helpful and having good customer service, she came across irritated at me.I didn’t think I was being unreasonable especially considering the question I had was related to the company’s procedures.I will never attend the Woodgrove clinic if this is anything to go by. She should not be answering phones with her attitude.I called this clinic on the morning of Thursday 13Th April 2023

I recently went for my first Laser Hair Removal treatment with Ruth! She is an absolute angel, I was anxious for my first appointment but she made me feel very comfortable. Ruth is so kind and gentle!!

Jazzy the manager is always running late to her appointments, last time I waited 50 minutes because she was late to my consultation. She always wants to reschedule last minute as well , but then you see her getting her nails done during work hours. She's extremely unprofessional.

Worst appointment, customer service and machine they use for laser. Never do laser hair removal here. Don't pre-pay your sessions here. Waste of money.

I had my first experience today with Nurse Aisha, her wealth of knowledge was amazing, she answered all of my questions and made me feel extremely comfortable, her professionalism was fabulous and her bedside manner was amazing, her compassion and honesty was well received and respected. I will only see Aisha for all of my beauty needs, her 5 star service is more than one can ask for, i highly recommended Aisha for anyone wanting/needing/thinking of any kind of treatments.

My experience at the ASC Woodgrove has been a positive one. The majority of my consultations have been with Jasmin. She is extremely knowledgeable & professional & tries to explain everything as best as possible. She has always made me feel she has my best interest at heart & ready to make suggestions & give advice when needed to make sure my experience is a comfortable one & we get the results I’m after. Samantha is always ready with a smile to greet me at all my appointments. All the nurses have been very friendly & professional & they always use a high standard of care when performing treatments. The facial cleanses & application of the products is always so relaxing & lovely because it feels like a facial massage all the time. Whatever hang-ups I had leading up to my first appointment, melted away once I consulted with Jasmin. I highly recommend a visit to the Woodgrove clinic if you have any niggling questions about improving your skin issues.

Massive shout out to Aisha, she's super professional and efficient in her field, her skill and technique is subtle and the execution is painless, which is very rare with many cosmetic injectors, and prior to the procedure she truly makes you feel at ease and comfortable. I would highly recommend her!!! Thank You Aisha, you always know how to make a girl look and feel good!!
