The receptionists were very friendly,professional and efficient.The medical people were the same.All in all an enjoyable visit.

Having moved from interstate and experienced medical centres in southern NSW and the ACT over many years, the quality of all aspects of medical care at Littlehampton Medical Centre is without parallel. From reception staff, ancillary staff and medical practitioners we are indeed fortunate to have such a high quality medical facility locally.

Helpful friendly staff and excellent medical care. Covid and flu safety protocol followed well.

LOVE the doctors here! I came to see Dr Bryant here for my whole pregnancy, couldn’t recommend her more. She definitely lifts your spirits up no matter what!I came for my sons 6 week vaccinations last week and one of the reception staff was super rude… we were waiting in line to be signed in, and she yelled across the counter asking if my partner and I had masks. We just drove over an hour and a half to get there and had forgotten the masks. Fully aware we have to wear them, and absolutely agree to wear them we just didn’t have them on us and usually they are polite and let you borrow one if you forget. She made it such a big deal in front of everyone, we were quite embarrassed since the whole waiting room were staring at us. We were so flustered taking our newborn out as it is and new mums would know you forget EVERYTHING. She also said next time we come we will have to pay and buy our own and not to forget ours. Thought it was quite unnecessary… I’m sure we aren’t the only ones that have accidentally forgotten to bring a mask from home.. was a honest mistake. After giving us the masks she then went and sat back at the end of the counter and didn’t even serve us to sign us in and was huffing and puffing at giving us one…

I was travelling through the area on the day before New Year's Eve and I felt very unwell. A number of medical practices in the area would not see me as I was a new patient. The reception staff of Littlehampton Medical Centre made an effort to get me in on the day and I saw Dr Cara Bryant. The doctor was the most kind, thorough and totally professional doctor I could ask to meet. She treated me and then followed me up by phone on two subsequent occasions as I was travelling. I cannot express how thankful I am for the services provided to me by Dr Cara Bryant and the staff of Littlehampton Medical Centre.

Dr Andrew Lane has a great bedside manner, is empathic, efficient, and willing to offer choice and advice regarding referrals, treatments, and other care options to suit individual circumstances. It is refreshing to see a collaborative approach being presented, as I believe this always works best for developing a successful doctor-patient relationship. My regular doctor has moved, so I will book in with Dr Lane in future.

Nurse in the bug hub was lovely. Would have been a 5 star rating if I didn't have to be on hold to speak to someone for 15 minutes to make an appointment only to then be told that I had to ring the following day to make an appointment. Not great when you have a child in pain :(

My appointment toy with Dr Rebecca Colmer was professional, caring and conducted with the utmost kindness. My questions were answered, referrals to 2 Specialists were arranged and advice freely given for alleviating current medical condition discomfort. Very happy with Dr Colmer and my visit today.

My wife & I have been coming to this practice for 28 years & in that time have always found the Doctors & staff very friendly and helpful in all aspects.
